I know better now. If you need photo processing services, avoid this location. They had our film for a day and made no progress. First they advise they are out of paper. Great, I did not need prints; just a cd. Then they change to the machine is broken. Well, why did no one call us as you have our contact info? Been nice to receive a call and not waste a trip.

Do not go here for your photo needs. Even with calling ahead to make sure they still develop film, there were still issues. Once in the store, they state they have no paper. okay that’s fine I do not need prints. But when getting there to pick the cd and negatives they state the machine isn’t working. Why no one called to say that the machine wasn’t working and the cd and negatives weren’t able to be picked up .I have no idea.
If it’s not one thing it’s another.
