Genuine Plumbing and Rooter

I had Genuine Plumbing & Rooter come to fix a toilet tank leak and a leak under the sink. Clint and his son showed up when they said they would and promptly determined what was needed to be done to fix the problems. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in completing the repair work, while keeping the work area clean. Clint was patient explaining the problems that had existed, and the corrective work taken. They made this experience a calm, easy one.

So I woke up this morning and my kids told me there was water on the floor in the kitchen. Me stressing and being in a hurry to get everyone out and me to work, I checked and yes I did have a leak somewhere under my sink. I checked Unilocal to double check this company that I had received a door hanger from, but they only had 1 review. I called them to see how fast someone can come out being I only had about 2 hours before I had to be at work. They said within the hour but showed up in about 30 minutes. The plumber checked and found my garbage disposal was leaking. The door hanger had a deal on it for what I needed. I asked how long being I was pressed for time, he said about 30 minutes, So long story short he did whatever he had to to put in a new garbage disposal and was done. His price was good and he was fast. I looked after he left, he did do a good job… he even cleaned up after himself. I will recommend this company, for sure!

Impressive Service and Professionalism
My tub was backed up so I called Genuine Plumbing because he was recommended by a friend. Wow I was impressed. He quickly gave me a quote over the phone and arrived 15 min after i hung up. Clint was very professional. He had everything he needed in his van. He did not leave until the job was complete and we were satisfied with the work. He unclogged my tub quickly and the cost ended up being cheaper than quoted. That’s what I call honesty. Thank you Genuine Plumbing. I’m going to recommend you to everyone I know.
