Pizza Hut

Horrible, horrible customer service on multiple occasions!!! We should have learned the first time there was a mishap but they our closest store so we continued being loyal customers. Every time we order delivery we wait over an hour no matter the size of the order! And whenever we go in even when using a debit card they «have to» swipe it as credit and also must see your ID which I’m not even sure is legal! They’ve been having construction going on right next to where they’re making the pizzas and looks incredibly unsanitary! The last straw was when I ordered one simple pepperoni pizza for pick up online. the website said my order would be ready at 7:33 I walked in the door at 7:35 with no other customers in the store and the employees standing around talking when I went up to pay they discovered they had not even started my order. So as upset as I was from past experiences I still tried not to jump you conclusions so I asked the cashier if they had been really busy and backed up with any orders and her exact was response was «No, not at all!» While shrugging her shoulders. I asked to speak to the manager (keep in mind absolutely no one had a name tag on so I had no clue who was who) he came up already knowing the situation and hearing my questions I was already hitting the cashier with and he acted like he had no clue what was happening and didn’t apologize or offer any compensation or discount for having already waited over 20 minutes for a pizza they have not even started! I asked for their store number and names and walked out of there. The manager Jaime has absolutely no clue how to run a functioning m establishment and they can all use a couple courses on proper customer service or get the hell out of that line of work! — I forgot to mention how reluctant the manager was on providing me their names and he was unable to give me a corporate number who I have contacted on my behalf

Ive had ale of different pizza all over california and some of arizona and this place had some of the best pizza perfectly cooked the bread was not soggy and the toppins were well proportioned i dealt think they are doing agreat job i recommend this place the pizza was so delicious

Incompetent and liars. Never order pizza at this location. I wish I could give this a 0 star.

this is my very 1^st review here on Unilocal,& i had to leave my opinion so this particular location doesnt get looked over! ive ordered several pizzas here in the past couple wks. & havent been disappointed! ive always ordered online cuz of the special price/​deal by orderin online cuz of the emails they send out. & its always been made correctly (with great amount of toppings!) ive always gone half & half (& thats wat i luv most cuz there isnt an extra charge to do so) theyve never steered me wrong, & always had my order dun in the 15−20min the email stated. & another great thing is all pizza huts r open incredibly late (til midnite! talk bout a late nite ‘snack’) all in all, they have always had plenty of toppings, made it in &on time, & never burnt =)
i do have to note tho that i havent ordered during peak dinner/​lunch hrs, so i dont kno how much longer it takes or the quality of their pizzas, but id still highly recommend this pizza hut!
