BUYER BEWARE!!!
I recently bought a Gilt City voucher to get some shoes here and boy and I sorry I did. I went online and purchased the shoes and when they arrived I realized that they were too small. I emailed customer service asking for an exchange for a bigger size and they were more than happy to comply. However, I would have to pay for shipping THREE times. Once for the original pair that I ordered, the second to ship the pair back and the third to ship the new pair back to me. It says that it’s in their policies however it’s not. I was told that since it wasn’t THEIR fault then I had to pay. Never in my life have I dealt with a company this terrible. When I asked for a refund they said that I couldn’t get one because I had bought it through Gilt. So now I’m stuck, either stick with shoes that don’t fit or pay for shipping a third time to get ones that actually fit.
Never again will I order anything from this site. Customer service is terrible, you would think that they would want to help their customers out but I guess not. All they care about is making money.
Plus the shoes were too expensive for what they are! $ 40 for ballerina flats really?

It’s a brand of Brazilian flip flop that’s super comfy and comes in lots of cute styles. I have no less than 6 pairs that I rotate on a regular basis during the summer and it’s the only flip flop I’ve ever worn that guarantees compliments. The styles are just really cute and unique.
