cant understand why this place gets any good reviews when it comes to customer service, in the 4 years that ive come here (due to working near by) its been consistently bad customer service! the employees have rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming faces on during the entire experience! Not only are they unfriendly, they try to rush you through the process as if they have somewhere to be, i went in today and two separate people were trying to get me to answer what i wanted on two separate sandwiches AT THE SAME TIME! sheesh ladies, there was ONE CUSTOMER behind me! And on top of that, i asked for a meat to not be put on the sandwich i ordered that it comes with, and instead of adding some extra meat instead of the one i didnt want, like i asked, the girl serving me just straight up ignored it. so i paid for a sandwich that was supposed to have 3 meats, but only got 2?!! and when her coworker noticed it they proceeded to speak in Spanish (as if i dont understand. this is oxnard) and STILL did not fix it! Im not usually harsh on my reviews on Unilocal.but im just calling it like i see it.
long story short… you work at a damn sandwich shop… it is not that hard! you guys just seem to make it that way… needless to say ill be going to jersey mikes from here on out, maybe they’ll atleast get my order right.

Love this place especially the hot momma working there think her name is Sarah extremely nice. Deff recommend this subway.

I’ve been to this Subway many times over the last decade and they have consistently delivered good food and polite, friendly employees. Orders are prepared accurately, quickly and with fresh ingredients. There is a bathroom for customers and the place is kept clean. The building is located in sort of a crummy shopping center in an industrial part of town, but it’s convenient if you work around here and there aren’t a lot of other good, fast and healthy food options.

Came here early for a yummy sandwich and as usual they delivered as expected We passed 2 subways en route just to come to this one .
I don’t know about you but I take my sandwiches seriously. Its an art… the right meat to bread ratio and how the toppings are arranged make a huge difference in how good that bad boy will taste. These sandwich artists are spot on every time ! They ate like Vegas card deals the way they fan your tomato’s and cheese and meat on your bread and with a quickness that is dizzying. Its just perfectly made.
If you are looking for a great meal I highly suggest this spot… You won’t be disappointed

I agree with Gabe, I show up Sunday at 6 and they were already closed. Really shouldn’t post hours of operation on your door if you are not going to be open at the times posted. Wouldn’t have been so bad if I wasn’t walking.

Standard Subway in a small but busy strip mall. Service was very good though for a place that may look a bit run down but I think that’s because of the color scheme of the restaurant. The strip mall definitely is on the run down side but actually has a couple of good places to eat. Will definitely visit here more often as it’s a much better Subway than the one at the base at Mugu.
