Wendy’s

So I go to Wendy’s last night after the movie and I am craving a Bacanator. I get there, walk in and then the guy comes up and no tells me they are closed. I go to leave the store then remember their drive thru is open late. Their sign says until 10pm. I go and ask to make sure and he says no they are having a party. I go ok but there is no signage anywhere letting anyone kow that. He says well we’re closed. With his attitude I then ask for his name and position. Turns out he is the manager for the restaraunt. Some people don’t really understand what good customer service is. I then call corporate and see many mote cars thinking the same thing I was that go through the drive thru and learned that they closed an hour earlier then their posted time. The rep on the phone takes my statement and then says that she will forward it to local management. I go so you’re going to send my complain to the one that did it in the first place. Then she says that no she is sending it to the general manager. I wait to see if she is going to apologize and make an effort to either offer me a free drink or something but nothing. Qith that I tell her she lost a customer at that location and possibly company (though it’s going to hurt me more since I love their Bacanotor) and I tell her that I will take to social media and maybe even contact the media. She says oh you don’t have to do that still making no effort to apologize for the behavior of her company’s manager so I hang up. Worst experience I had all day yesterday. Though McDonald’s treated me nice. Both are in Oxnard off of Vineyard. Two different locations and two totally different experiences. Make sure you treat everyone you see and talk to with much respect because you never know how they day or night has been.

They’re lettuce wrapped burgers are not well wrapped, they’re lettuce gets too juicy because they stopped using paper around their protein burger, they just throw it into a container, so they’re lettuce is not crisp like it once was, PLEASE bring back the paper wrapping around the protein style burgers, and they don’t add lettuce into the burger much either, however, still delicious, but BE SPECIFIC with your order and even still, you might end up with something missing or messed up somehow, they always seem to forget something in my order, but still a frequent visitor here because they’re baconator and their chili are the BOMB, but remember, ALWAYS double check your drink and your order before you leave here!!!

Had a protein style cheese burger and it was ok. I was expecting something a little more for a cheeseburger that cost over 4 $. The lettuce was kind of underwhelming. They use iceberg lettuce and I would of preferred a nice fluffy leaf lettuce. The tomatoes were awful. The packaging was nice though.

The grilled chicken sandwich is really good with a side of BBQ sauce. Nice sized chicken that is a whole piece of chicken, not a processed chicken patty. The nutrition information on the website show this sandwich is a healthy option for fast food. I think this is the best chicken sandwich in the fast food market, however I don’t care for the beef at Wendy’s anymore.

Been going here for years! Love the management team. They always get my order right and know my likes :)
They are quick and provide service with a smile.

Fries were stale. Chilli was chewy. Felt like a rubber band chopped up. 3 stars because the strawberry lemonade was incredible! Can’t say I won’t go back. My kids love the place and I work 3 minutes away.

Terrible service and super stingy.

Have come here since I was a little boy and even though the prices are higher now it still tastes awesome. Every now and then its a great comfort food. You want perfect service then pay for a restaurant but honestly there is no such thing as perfect anywhere you go.

This location is FAST when preparing the meals but they never look like the picture. Often they are a sloppy mess! Skip this location.
