McDonald’s

McDonald’s is usually a last resort cheap meal, and more often than not you know what to expect, but this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. You can barely understand what the employees are saying, the food is always cold, and 50% of the time they get your order wrong. Just today I ordered chicken nuggets, and they gave me a big mac… how on earth do you mess up a 1 item order?
Avoid unless you are desperate or short on funds.

This is the WORST McDonalds ever. I have given this place three chances and each experience was worse than the one before. The help there is rude they have the worst customer service. I had gone here late at night since this is the only place open, I went through the drive thru ordered a Happy Meal and a number three, they forgot one drink and the fries were ice cold. Once I realized I drove back through the drive thru and let the women know about the drink and fries and she said well it’s not her fault I did not tell her there was a drink missing. She actually started to raise her voice… Since the drive thru was not a good experience we tried mid day back in August (we never tried going inside) again the food was cold, the help there seemed disinterested in helping customers as they were laughing and goofing off. Once we finally received our food we sat down in the dining room where we saw all these nat like bugs on the walls, this place is dirty. We will not go back again they should tear this place and replace it with a Wendy’s…

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DRIVE THRU ON LI!!! I live close by but drive all the way to Wendy’s in syosset for a chicken nugget kids meal just to avoid the rude incompetent workers at the oyster bay McDonald’s. I’ve never been treated with more disrespect in my life. My simple orders are wrong 100% of the time!!! How do they get away with their rudeness???

I tried to place 0 stars but that’s not an option. I just returned home from this nightmare for the second time.
Like everyone says they screwed up my order.
The fries were also borderline raw.
The woman who operates the drive through is extremely rude and barely speaks English. When I returned the raw fries I was met with complete nastiness from this woman. She yelled at me and told me to park my car. When she brought out the new fries she said nothing. She just thrust them in my face.
To be honest this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with her. I actually downloaded Unilocal just to file my complaint. Seriously save your time, money, and mood and go somewhere else.
I’m sorry you can’t speak fluent English and it’s frustrating, but perhaps you chose the wrong line of work. I sure as hell wouldn’t move to Mexico and get a job at a fast food drive through. Whomever owns this place needs to consider hiring some capable people. There was no apology whatsoever. I will never return here again. You have lost my business for good.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s ever created. The customer service is horrible, they mess up your order every single time, and no one can communicate. Where is the district manager to audit this location? The employees argue and tell the manager that he’s no good, he never responds.

Don’t know why I would even go here, 2 times forgot an item in the order and is more then a hassle then it’s worth to complain about. Booooo McDonald’s

Stay away from this McDonalds. It is the worst one on Long Island. I would say 8 out of 10 ten times they screw up the order. I was livid today after receiving the incorrect order and asked for a manager. When she came to the window she smirked at me while I was complaining. Then when I went to the window to get my corrected order I got the smirk from another person. Plus she looked at me like I was nuts for complaining. Look. Everyone makes mistakes but this isn’t one or two or even three times. This is consistent The morning crew during the week is great. But the Saturday afternoon crew sucks!

Arrive with low expectations and then lower it some more. THE. WORST. SERVICE. in fast food in this area!
–Staff constantly mess up your order by forgetting food in your bag or charging you for wrong items.
–Certain staff members do not speak English very well while others will argue with customers about their order.
–Forget what’s printed on your receipt, you most likely will get something completely different.
–Your beverages will be overloaded with ice with very little of your drink available to quench your thirst.

It’s good but the service can be very bad I ordered a happy meal far my younger brother and when I got home i realised there was no ketchup like i asked no French fries and I order a big mac meal and an order of 10 piece mcnuggets they said I had everything and when I got home no mcnuggets

Ordered nuggets once 4 boxes of 20 pieces she gives me 3 sauces I asked for a couple more this lady says I’ll have to charge u for extra sauce and then became nasty with me n the manager just walked away and wouldn’t come to help or anything along with that was couple other thing I ordered and was wrong

Both supervisors I know (one is a Hispanic male and the other an African American female) are polite and attentive. However, the owner is a shipwreck. Called to complain about staff’s children running around unsupervised and being lied to about a promotion having ended: she basically said «I’ll look into it». Add to that, the heat inside must be set to 50 to save money. Horrible location.

Want good service? Do yourself a favor & avoid this place. Waited in line for several minutes. Yet I was passed in favor of a Spanish-​speaking customer, even though I had clearly been there before he was. This was insulting.

This place is open 24 hours, but is only drive-​thru after 10pm. The service is so-​so, many of the employees not speaking English ruins their reputation as far as service goes. After hours the food is not great and you can tell that they are just reheating ingredients from earlier in the day.
Not that I expected a 5 star restaurant from a McDonald’s, however, this establishment was not up to par of other McDonald’s that I have been to.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. You can expect the worst service ever here. Expect to be talked down to when placing your order and expect to receive awful service.

Local Mickey D’s
I have never understood this place — it is open 24 hours. The odd thing about this is that they roll up the sidewalks in Oyster Bay around 9pm — how the McDonald’s marketing people decided that this location just had to be open is beyond me, but you do see cars in the drive through at 3am… so maybe they are on to something.
They have all the usual offerings only they seem to be a little more expensive than the location near my job– maybe you have to pay extra for the 24 hour convenience…
