Excellent staff, very informed and helpful and extremely clean space. Came here to buy some pre workout and the employee thoroughly explained to us what product to buy based on how many days we worked out and the intensity we wanted to feel from the workout itself. I feel like I learned a couple of things from his explanations which was really cool. Not only that, but it’s a family owns business too and I love that. They were actually nice enough to give us free bottles of water and also a free t-​shirt! Loved their service!

Really cool store with excellent selection. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and asked multiple times if I needed any help finding a good product for my needs. I like the selection here they carry a lot of brands like myogenix, first Phorm, best bar ever, ect that you can’t get at other retailers.

Every time I come the staff is always friendly and helpful with great recommendations. They order special things if you can’t find it elsewhere and always have my drinks in stock. I definitely like that they aren’t pushy with specific brands or try to sell you the whole store. They’ve helped me on several occasions even carry heavy purchases to my car.

I’ve used a few products from them and were happy with the results. The products are a bit pricey but the products are worth it.

Small but nicely stocked store with a good selection of sports nutrition from protein to supplements & vitamins. They also carry some some basic snack items & bars like pb2 & quest bars. Convenient location also

The owners Steve and Pat know their business and know every new product that comes out on the market. Speaking with them is like speaking to a fitness doctor they know everything about supplements. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years, if Steve tells me it’s good I buy it, that’s the trust I have for this store
