I came here two weeks ago to have some paperwork copied. I think it was 4 pages, double copies and the total came to less than $ 2. The lady in the copy center was fast, courteous and professional.
She was able to efficiently help me and the people in line behind me by getting them all prepped for their copy center needs and she assisted people in the computer portion of the copy center.
This is has efficient as it gets. I’ve been in other Staples and this was downright pleasant in the copy center.
I will 100% return should I have more copying needs.

Just for the fun of it, I decided to Google — Staples Complains and
clicked on the Consumer Affairs link which populated a mega list
of 503, upon downward scrolling, the date range appears to be as of 2015.
My experience at the Atlantic Avenue location consist on some online orders
where the prices on anything I want to buy never ever seem to tick down
a few cents. I do buy print cartridges with some frequency within the store, problem –the best deal of the 10% off card which you pay for, has died a slow and lonley death.
Staffers really work at keeping customers happy and do make every effort to try
to move the lines along, clean carpets and a less than disasterious parking lot
where pulling in and out is not a live and death experience.

I’ve been to a couple of staples by my area and so far this one is the best one. I like that they’re aisles are well stocked. Also, their items are usually neatly stacked. Staff is on site and helpful.

RICHMOND HILL, NY

The 5 stars takes into account the other stores in the wider area. This store is centered in a nice stretch of stores, all pretty useful for the average shopper. I’ve always been able to look up online whether the thing I need is in stock and every time I go in there staff are helpful and engaging. No need to track anyone down or wait around.
Easy to send stuff via UPS as well! Their prints are okay, I may pay for better quality next time.
Helpful staff, too. We went in for a computer chair but they have a limited stock of those, so the staff pointed us in the right direction of a Staples store with a tonne of chairs and we went home that night with an awesome deal. Win win.
You can check online whether the item you want is in stock here. The online prices might vary and I do find this place a little pricey, but customer service and convenience make it worth it. Some sale stuff is very cheap so can’t complain!

This Staples sits on Atlantic Avenue aka Queens’ sister of «Boulevard of Death» as crossing this monster street is a headache and relatively dangerous for pedestrians.
I shop here often for my printer ink cartidge and paper needs. In my past life of childhood times I would also shop here for school supplies of notebooks, pens, pencils, etc. I rate this Staples two stars as customer service is non-existent and there is no organization for line control. When inquiring for assistance there were no sales associate in plain sight.
This Staples does have a parking lot shared with other neighboring retailer shops of this small plaza.
