I’ve had a NFCU account for more years than I can remember. I was born into a Navy family and probably opened this account in the ‘80s. Whenever it was, it was decades ago. I’ve been to NFCU locations in several cities, but I am most familiar with branches around Pcola. The Pace branch is the best. I don’t think that it has had any turnover since it opened, and the staff is the best… if you can sneak into the place without a greeting, you are at least half-ninja. No lie. I took a big bag of coins there a while back and had no idea how to use the change counter. I’m not a dumbass, as you might surmise… counting the change involves some security codes and account info on your part. My part. Whatever. It isn’t the CoinStar machine at Publix, but it is free. During payday periods, I’ve waited maybe 10 minutes, but they are pretty responsive to demand and open as many teller windows as are available to satisfy the load. Regular banks don’t come close to Navy Federal. I tried to add the only NFCUATM in the area(other than the ATM at this branch), but Unilocal doesn’t have a category for that. It’s kind of important, so attention, Unilocal management: Add an ATM slot! The only other NFCUATM in the area is on Dogwood Drive in Milton in the Winn-Dixie parking lot.
