No too impressed. I called once and the service person had a bit of a chip on his shoulder, communicated in a bit of a condescending way. They fixed what needed to be fixed well though.
Six months later I called with a problem that needed fairly quick attention and was promised next afternoon appointment, but certainly a phone call confirming time. No call, no show, not even the day after when they said they are definitely available.
