This was my very first time visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings and it was nothing but amazing. The atmosphere was great(March Madness time), and the beer went down so smooth. I ordered chips and salsa and 3 different types of wings; Asian zing, parmesan garlic, and honey barbeque. They were all very very good. Our waitress was also very good and checked on us frequently.

Why is it everytime we get bad service? We’ve come to expect it wherever we decide to eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings.(Our greeting was a what do you want to drink! Very fast talking and seeming like she was rushed. As she slid into the booth next to my husband.) However, when I ordered chicken tacos and had a large clump of burnt something in my taco and pointed it out to the server, she returned to let me know that it was just the sauce that burnt on the grill. No manager… just excuses! Fyi… I personally don’t want to burnt food, sauce or not!

This my second time in this place. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t good. We got cold food. However, we talked to the manger, he was so rude n racist to us. Hope I can change my mind about this place.

Worth going to when wings are on special, otherwise they run $ 1 a piece for smallish wings. Flavors are good, wings don’t normally disappoint. Beer is expensive here. Only go when friends want to meet here for a game. or something. Service is normally decent.

Felt rushed by the wait staff. Started with the fried pickles — were not fresh — they were sitting for a while before serving. Not crispy or hot. Ordered beers and were charged for larger size after ordering«regular» size.

My hubby and I frequented this spot while in town for work. He loves the cheap wings on Tues & Thurs, and a side salad and the side of mac n’ cheese was plenty for me. One of the nights we were there, hubby ordered Teriyaki wings and hated the sauce, so he sent them back. The waitress wasn’t sure if she could get them off the bill, but a couple minutes later [what appeared to be] a manager came out and took care of it for us. He actually had a good laugh about it with us because he apparently didn’t like the Teriyaki wings either, so he made sure we wouldn’t be charged and got a replacement order for my hubby. It’s that kind of honesty and customer service that makes a place great. Service overall was fast and we were always well taken care of. Definitely a good location if you’re looking for a reasonably priced sports bar in the Paducah area.

This was the worst managed chain restaurant I have ever been too. The scrawny«manager» walked around with his white shirt on sweeping the floors while five of his staff members stood at the hostess booth talking among each other, while tables could be bussed and people could be served. We waited in the lobby while multiple tables were open, and then waited at the table for excess of ten minutes before receiving a drink order. The waitress was inattentive and the staff was not adequately managed. I normally love BWW and do not leave reviews but this was a horrible experience and I will not return to the Paducah BWW unless management is trained or replaced.

I feel like a bit of an idiot for reviewing a BWW.. .but it is what it is. I don’t even watch sports! Very close to my hotel, good beer selection and decent food/service. What’s not to like?! No, it’s not the Anchor Bar in Buffalo or a historic restaurant downtown, however they are doing a good job at providing good brews and menu items for the weary traveler. The server even called me «brother» in that cool Southern way. «Happy Hour» specials on appetizers, family friendly, local(or semi-local for Paducah) offerings on tap. .. .and free WIFI to accommodate this review. Approved. I have not had a bad experience at a Wild Wings to date.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with the wife last Saturday. I have heard of this chain for years but did not have one near me. We had Hooters, lots and lots of Hooters. I ordered the medium basket of wings in blazing(the hottest they offer). The wings are big and plump and the sauce was great. No where near the hottest I have had, but hotter than most wing places. The service started out slow, but our server stepped up her game towards the end.(we never said anything about the service, I think she was getting called away to other things at first. It was a busy morning) The price seemed a little high at first but after seeing the size of the wings and how much food my wife got in her small boneless wings. It was an ok price.

This place stinks on quality-to-price ratio. Over priced wings and crappy fries. Get me outta here.
