The food was really good. The girl at the counter was very unenthusiastic, not rude, just seemed really bored. The help doesn’t exactly hustle, but the food made up for the lack of enthusiasm. My wife was a little perturbed about bacon being in the meat without it stating it anywhere. Good food!

HOLY COW! No pun intended. What a find! While working in Paducah and looking for dinner I could take back to the room I stumbled on this place after reading some reviews.
I have to admit it was great and the fresh cut fry’s were AWSOME! The amount they served was amazing, I had the Chief 3 patty burger with blue cheese. It was amazing with the different selection of cheeses they offered and the burger of course had bacon. It was delicious.
The service was prompt and very professional. The décor is neat especially like history and fire station memorabilia.
And it was almost as fast as the big automated chains. Not that it matters because they cook each burger as needed so it was hot off the grill. Just saying they were Quick, Freaky Fast Quick lol.
I just wish they offered beer. Defiantly worth a second trip!

Burgers, ! Easy to find ! Price ! Fast ! Mens Bathroom ! Women’s bathroom ! Final answer… yep, you want to eat here!!! The 402 burger is double meat and perfect, the arson burger was HOT. Saturday 2 for 1 soft serve cones $ 0.25…why go anywhere else… I piity the foo who does nor eat here! :)

Traveling through wanting a burger but not fast food! Friendly and fantastically simple! Yum! I had the station burger with grilled onions! Delish

I just had lunch at the station for the 4 or 5^th. time, however somthing was a bit off as I bit into my burger.. all I saw was red blood meat in the center, I told this to the cook and she did her job and made a fresh one without hesitation, but the other one (let’s be polite) and call her sister girl with the twisted hair & bad attitude! She asked how was my meal and I told her it was raw and the cook was making another one. She also told me that the meat was cooked the right way (9 min. Under the weight) and the redness was the uncooked bacon… really !
Now serving uncooked bacon is ok? Have they ever heard of trichinosis? Why are they grinding raw pork with beef and undercooking it? When I ask this of sister girl, she got smart an walk away like what I had to say didn’t matter in the lease to her. So I rate it two stars beause sister girl don’t know anything about good customer service.

Great griddle burgers with a perfect mix of crispiness and burger. Also, the buns are spot on for the style. Seriously a great package!
Go for the hand-​cut fries, you won’t be disappointed.

The burgers were awesome and I love that they support the community workers. The fries were way over salted and shoe laced. The onion rings weren’t home made. I would go back, but only for a burger.

I found this burger joint on Unilocal a few weeks ago. I’ve been back three times already. Great burgers and fries, great prices and solid service. If you’re in Paducah it’s worth checking out.

It was not my kind of restaurant or food, but the staff was very nice and fast.

Ordered the Station signature burger and house cut, red potato fries to go. I waited about 10 minutes, got my order and left. Driving down the road, reach in the bag and grab a few fries-​they feel barely warm, look limp and tasted like I had just been robbed. After a few seconds of self-​debate I turned around to return the fries. Upon return I explained that the fries were old and cold and that I would prefer a refund. It took a minute to get a manager and she quickly complied and apologized. Back to the car, I started on the burger. I could not really taste the bacon in the burger and it was just barely warm after the escapade of the fry return. I would like one more try at a fresh burger before writing this off my list.

We stopped by The Station during a road trip. The service was very quick on a Saturday at noon. The staff was very friendly. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were all juicy and made to order as well as served quickly. We had the Station Fries and Crinkle Cut Fries. The Station fries were fresh cut, delicious, but a little too salty. The Crinkle fries could have been a little crispier. Overall, a great place we would come back to in a future trip!

Straight up Station burger with everything and fries. Excellent. 5 napkin salute to a delicious burger. The fries were ok. Good for hand cut but a little soggier than I would have expected. Quick and filling. And cheap too!

I had the chief and it was great. However the double burger would have got the job done… Lol my mind outran my stomach. Food was excellent and service was great. First responder discount of %20 was cool too. First time in Paducah and do not regret my decision at all on dinner.

This is a cross between Firehouse and 5 guys. And I believe their burgers are better than 5 Guys IMHO

The burger patty is constructed with BACON in it! Unreal. Get the ‘Arson burger’ with grilled jalapenos… Incredible stuff. Also highly recommend the fresh cut fries.

Excellent burgers!!! Quite a bit different (and better) than your fast food places. No they are not a health food store. Youre going to get a good helping of grease but i enjoy every drop of it.

Great place! I’m usually in that area 2 – 3 times a year, and I usually like to try different places along with my usual ones. My sister (who lives in Metropolis) suggested this place as she liked it before, and we went… and I was impressed!
Reasonable prices, and the staff will explain about the specialty burgers and dogs they have on the menu. You can also get as many toppings as you like on your burger! The burgers were good (not perfect, but on a scale from 1 – 10, about a 7), but the fries were something else. In a positive way, that is! There was something differently good about them. I don’t know if there are any other locations around the country or area, but its kind of like a cheaper knock-​off of Five Guys. I’ll be back in the future!
