I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mom for mothers day and she received a wilted sad couple of roses! Very disappointed! Will never go through them again or teleflora! Ruined my mother’s day! :(

I called them in the morning and told them my son was there and it was his birthday. He is ten and staying with my parents for Spring break and it happen to land on his birthday. Because he wasn’t home and we celebrated before he left I totally spaced on it being his birthday! (I know, HORRIBLE!!) But they helped me out right away, made him a fun gift basket with all kinds of treats and had it delivered in a couple of hours! Thank you thank you! He loved it and you saved me! I will be calling again!
