Their customer service in the service department is terrible. Save your self the nonsense and stress of dealing with Adventure Subaru service department.

This place is absolute garbage. The customer service is horrible the inventory is limited and overall was just a horrible experience. I would not waste my time with this place if I were you.

I’d give them a negative star rating if I could. did my research while I was looking for a Subaru for my fiancé that was in Ohio on business. Went by these guys dealership and they were very forceful on trying to make me buy her an outback when I kept saying she was a motor head. they assumed I was an idiot and didn’t know what I was talking about. I kept telling them she wanted awd turbo wrx sti. I kept getting«your wife would love this car». my «fiancé» would laugh at me if I got her an outback with me knowing she loves motors and fast cars. so, that being said. these guys are a joke. service manager kept saying he was giving me a deal on a 15 sti. I checked other dealerships for the same car. yep, service manager over priced the car by $ 8 grand. ef, you. took my business across town and then heard about the service rep that hit a dear and asked the customer to pay for it. they should shut this place down and send the service manager to jail. I’ll go ahead and keep spreading the word. Thanks for nothing. fail.

I called to have my car serviced in November 2014. I had purchased a 2012 Outback from this location when it was«Halpert» Subaru, and was having difficulty with the brakes light, and the bright lights. The service rep second guessed what I was telling him was going on with my car, and was rude. I cancelled my appointment, and took it to a different dealer.

Drove 65 miles from North Canton to view, what was billed as, a nice used Jeep. Amazingly, the vehicle had a low battery, nearly flat tire, and numerous non-working mechanical issues that were glaringly evident. Just be sure you have a knowledgable person with mechanical experience if you choose this used car dealer.
