We are just blown away with the AMAZING customer service Jim provides! He is so knowledgable and instructs us exactly how to maintain our spa. And so patient to explain it in dummy terms for us first timers. Not only is the service great but the price of the spa was right, the delivery was flawless and Jim has followed through with everything he’s promised and then some. We shopped around a lot and are so glad we decided to get our spa from here. We are so pleased!

I recently bought a Hot Springs Spa from Arvidson’s Pool’s and Spas. After looking at American Sale, The Great Escape, and Arvidson’s we decided to go with Arvidon’s.
I am so glad we did. Not only did I get a great price (I shopped around) but the service from the locally owned company was AMAZING. The store manager, Jim McLernon has been great to work with and really cares about his customers satisfation.
Buy from this company! You won’t be sorry!!!
