They have their own return policy that no other Salon Centric has. I think they make it up as they go so they don’t have to take a loss for another stores return. I’ll probably just go to CosmoProf from now on going forward. Less bs.

Kylie was a doll but there was an older lady helping out my mother and me… she was INCREDIBLY rude. I work in customer service so I understand dealing with customers can be frustrating sometimes. but we were polite and just needed some guidance. One of the things that mad me upset the most was that she tossed my moms license on the counter when she was finished with it. One of the most rude gestures, in my opinion.

I am a licensed hair stylist. Stores like SalonCentric provide us with professional products and tools at wholesale prices. This location, while near my home, has an inferior selection and often times paltry inventory. There is nothing worse than having to make multiple stops for basic supplies. I prefer to do my business (thousands a year…) with Wanda at the Glendale Heights location.
