The guys of vapor hut always know their stuff and I’m always happy with the product. Best juice around especially since I get sick to my stomach with that cheap stuff. Always have great specials and rewards for loyal customers.

What sets Vapor Hut LLC in Palatine above and beyond the rest of the Vape shops I have ever been to you ask? That’s a no brainer; they take pride in what they do! They drop mad knowledge on all of their products and premium E-liquids. Not to mention they actually cater to the customer’s needs where some shops that I have been too they don’t even bother to take that extra 10 to 15 minutes making sure you get what you really need and fully understand how the device works. That’s quality service at its finest in my book! I can’t emphasize how much I appreciate great customer service, plus they are always good at replacing parts even if you accidently burn your coil after the first night of vaping! Be warned, these people are crooks! I first checked this place out when it opened a few months ago. The owner was very nice, and seemed knowledgeable too. Those two things are important to me, because let’s face it, there’s no such thing as a quick in-and-out visit to a vape store. But, since I’ve been back a few times, I am convinced that these people are crooks! Just today, I went to return a battery that I had purchased 6 days ago. The owner wasn’t in the store, but the associate helping me with the transaction tried to charge me a 50% restocking fee. Seriously, for a battery that I was unable to use, because what they sold to me didn’t work, and was therefore of no value to me. A $ 30 battery that I would have liked to exchanged for a similar but lesser model of the same battery, but«they didn’t have it in stock». So I could either give them $ 15 and a 6 day old unused battery, OR I could keep the battery and pay them $ 10 above cost for a different tank that they felt would work better with my battery. What a gimmick! Oh, and this was what they told me AFTER I sat around waiting in their poorly ventilated and vape cloud filled store for 40 minutes, while«the only person who was able to complete my transaction» was lackadaisical about building a coil! Ultimately, the associate called the owner who asked him how much money I’ve spent at their store thus far, and he then reduced the restocking fee to 25%. I decided to take my battery and leave. I personally, will never be putting any money into, or restocking any shelves for this place. I hope you’ll think twice about spending your hard earned money here too. Myself, and anyone I know who has been here has nothing good to say about their experience.

Top knotch service! I bought a Hana DNA40 and it started giving me trouble. I brought it in at 10:30am, not only did they let me in early but they found the problem. A big one. They borrowed me a loner while they got mine to Hana for repair. 2 hours later I got a call for the owner he was taking directly over to Hana for me and I had it back in perfect condition by 5 pm the same day!!! I love these guys!
