I have been here 3 times and every time has been worse then the last. On my first trip while getting a manicure my fingers were buffed, with the drill, till they bled. The second time I got a fungus under my great toenail after getting a pedicure. This past time my foot bath was overflowed onto a bunch or extension cords. I think the only reason this place even gets business is because there is seriously no where else better in Palatka.
