First time at this location, clean store, very friendly staff. The food was cooked to perfection. We ordered the onion boom, very tasty. The steak kabob is my personal favorite, they came through as always! Very delicious! This was a great lunch at a great location, we will definitely stop back in while traveling through.

Showed up last night at 7:45pm they weren’t busy we were seated right away. I was the only one eating my kids were just going to have desert. I ordered my kids the ice cream with chocolate Browne and I ordered a full rack of ribs. When choosing my side items, the server mentioned the fries are on spot tonight they just changed the fryer oil yesterday. At this point I order my drink. I order a side salad arrives reminded my server about my drink. The server returns mentions there’s no brownies for the desert. Offed to send over a manger. I remind the server about my drink. Salad plate cleared ribs are delivered I remind the server about my drink no manger has visited the table yet. I complete the meal. The server talking to a manger next to the table all she did was a standard table visit, and asked if anything is needed, said the check and beverage to go. She brings the check over and the brownie desert still on the check.

To be fair, we finally received an email from a Texas Roadhouse manager offering us a free dinner up to $ 40. We were heading north in a few days and really uninterested in returning to this restaurant again. However, props to mgt for finally responding.

more Texas Roadhouse for me anywhere, congrats, you just lost a valued customer.

Omfg, I thought this was some run of the mill burger, steak, and BBQ place. Was I wrong, excellent food service, and selection made me wonder why we don’t have one in our area. It was awesome, the ribs FELL off the bone. Amazingly fast, yet amazingly tasty, I’d do this all the time if we had one within 100 miles of us!

I spoke with the manager Julie B. She listened to my concern and made a fair credit adjustment, and assured me that she would speak to the responsible party that skimmed my card for their own personal gain. Hopefully they will get rid of this person. She made no effort to ensure any repeat business and I will make no effort to return either.

Third time here in 3months, my husband never gets his salad, my loaded fries were cold and the cheese a gelatinous hard lump on top. My son’s applesauce had cheese pieces in it and my steak had so much tough cart leg de I had to keep spitting it out. The wait wasn’t bad today and the server was sweet even though she kept forgetting things…

We love Texas roadhouse. We drove up last night for my birthday dinner and everything was excellent as usual. We did the call ahead seating so when we got there we only waited maybe 5 minutes instead of 30+. Their rolls and cinnamon butter are to die for!

Everything was EXCELLENT! The staff was friendly and prompt, the steaks were cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat! Definitely a favorite and we will definitely be back!

Steaks great! Ribs not much. Ribs are definitely not smoked. Tastes like oven cooked. No smoke flavor at all. On the plus side, our server was awesome! Left a very generous tip for her

The last time we went to Texas Roadhouse, my steak was good, but my husband’s was under cooked. We went again tonight to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. Our steaks were both over cooked, but we chose not to complain. When we decided to cancel our final drink order because it was taking too long and we were ready to leave (she still hadn’t delivered it), our server started arguing with me. When I insisted, she walked by our table and tossed a flippant «Thanks» over her shoulder. Although the manager apologized and gave us $ 4 off our check and a free appetizer (up to $ 9.99) on our next visit, we won’t be going back.
