Swirls Self Serve Frozen Yogurt

Have loved this place ever since it opened. The place is bright, toppings always look clean, and the best frozen yogurt flavor — caramel sea salt pretzel! Besides that, they also carry acai bowels (which are always delicious), and the locally made Mom’s Pops. Alyssa is extremely helpful: my friend and I have called and placed orders (which is ready when we get there) and they’ve kept the place open for a couple minutes past closing if we call to say that we are on our way! So glad this place is in the neighborhood!

Fortunately, we didn’t get to give this establishment our money. My wife rudely approached by the owner about the use of her «non-​public bathroom». This changed our entire experience. Son had to go. Period. We were told «we should use the Publix, that’s why we have a sign». Which the sign is on the inside of the bathroom door. A complete idiotic location to keep the «public» from using it. My wife proceeded to ask for her card, then what came next was a spectacle. She walked her smug and irrational self to the door and told them to leave.
We left and went to Publix and got ice cream.
***News Flash*** all Frozen Yogurt tastes the same. Please give your money to a much more deserving Frozen Yogurt shop. If you’re into being talked down to and treated like «public» then this is your place please enjoy and take in the magical experience of using their restroom as well.
I was hoping I could give no Stars, but appears as though they get a least one for just existing.

Aside from the always amazingly-​delicious varieties of frozen yogurt and toppings, Swirls offers the superfood organic ACAI bowls! When I was in the store, I learned the Acai berry is a reddish-​purple fruit native to Central and South America that is rich in antioxidants and has anti-​aging and weight loss properties. Swirls, Sunrise, Tropical, Nut and custom Acai bowls include all kinds of freshly-​cut fruit, granola, coconut, carob chips, flax seeds, chia seeds, honey, almond butter, etc. I love the way they are freshly prepared while you wait!
Not typically a coffee drinker, but the very popular Rabbit cold brew coffee that they sell now has me hooked. The staff is super friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.
The lively-​colored, clean, modern store put me in a cheerful mood=). Both outdoor and indoor seating is available or they have to-​go cups.
Manager will take orders for specialty cakes and you can even reserve space for a private party. It’s a great place for children’s birthday and tea parties or office gatherings for special occasions.
Would recommend Swirls if you are into healthy treats to nourish your mind, body and soul! Get Swirled!

I was at Swirl’s yesterday afternoon with my 4 year old daughter and her friends to celebrate a birthday. There were 11 girls ages 2 – 7 and after yogurt the girls were having fun and playing around in the store. The owner asked us to leave as the kids were playing. There were no other customers in the store — keep in mind that the target audience is children so having fun in the store is pretty much expected.
Unfortunately, this was my first time back in 4 years since the same owner kicked my nanny and another nanny out while they were feeding my daughter (9 months old at the time) at a table outside. The store wasn’t even opened yet and they were waiting to get yogurt before she asked them to leave. I vowed never to return but couldn’t avoid the store when my daughter’s friend wanted to get ice cream for her birthday.
Over the years I’ve shared my experience with others and have also heard from other moms that they too have had a similar negative experiences with the owner. From limiting the number of samples, to telling a little girl that she was taking too much yogurt/​toppings, to taking a girls picture down off the wall. There are way too many froyo stores in the area that you can go to. I’m staying away from this one!

Swirls is a pretty good frozen yogurt place and they definitely have a lot of delicious, unique and creamy flavors and the staff is really friendly.
I came in with a friend on a Saturday night and the place wasn’t very busy. We each were able to sample a few flavors (even though there is a two-​flavor limit, which is one of my BIGGEST annoyances) and then loaded up our froyo with toppings.
The lady working at the register was very helpful and nice. The toppings selection was decent, pretty comparable to the other places I’ve been to (but not as good as Menchie’s, the Holy Grail of all froyo places along with Yogurtology).
I’d definitely recommend this place, though I still think Menchie’s is worth the drive down PGA.

It was a great experience. The clerk allowed us to try some of the flavors. He was very nice and the store was clean. I will definitely be back.

Great place. Easy to get to and very affordable. Very unique selection of flavors. Kids love the place because they can mix and match. 4 bowls of yogurt was less than 10 bucks which is hard to beat.

Went here other night because the only fro yo joint in Jupiter stayed open for like one day. This place had a good variety of flavors. Very clean. Good toppings. Standard operation for what you see these days for do it yourself.

Clean, friendly, decent assortment of flavors and toppings. Good value. Limited to two shot-​sized tastes. Will return.

This is definitely one of my favorite yogurt stores. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the décor is tasteful and modern. The variety of yogurt flavors is incomparable to any other yogurt places — they even have seasonal holiday flavors! The yogurt is creamy and delicious. I’ll be back soon!

Visited friends in Palm Beach last week and happened upon Swirls. My 3 kids and I had a great time making our own creations. We liked the White Chocolate Mousse and Espresso the best. The toppings were all fresh. My older daughter got the waffle bowl, which was fresh and delicious. The store was so clean and inviting. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Florida.

I have tried every self serve and full service yogurt store in Palm Beach County and Swirls is second to none. Swirls is convenient to everything, the staff is very friendly and the place is always clean. For a refreshing treat… my favorite is their pink lemonade sorbet. Swirls always has a great variety of flavors and their fresh fruit toppings and sweet treat toppings add a special touch to a great treat. Don’t waste your time with those other self serve yogurt stores… try Swirls… you won’t be disappointed!
