A great find! Great grilled octopus, followed by steak on a lava stone and a grilled whole fish. Very nice hosts too. We’re happy to have found this place.

First visit here from Connecticut. Nice ambiance, owner greeted us and welcomed our visit which was nice! Waiter made suggestions which were good and was extremely attentive which was nice. Nice clean place and the food was good. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!!!

Few times you find a casual restaurant with such excellent food. Being Hispanic I had never the differences in food. I was not disappointed food is tasty, the staff service is five star.

The eight people that have reviewed this restaurant favorably must be related to the owners. My mother is Portuguese and I grew up eating great Portuguese food which this is not. The restaurant is comfortable, The service is excellent… But the food was some of the worst I’ve ever had anywhere, in any place. The kale soup was terrible & I sent back my entrée because it was cold and disgusting! They seem to be very nice people and I hope that they get it together because it’s really bad.

We are traveling from NJ to FL and stopped overnight in Palm Coast. We selected this restaurant because of the positive Unilocal review. We are so glad we had dinner there. Our waiter Luis was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to his recommendation I ordered the grilled octopus. It was outstanding! We started with a pitcher of sangria which was particularly good. All the desserts looked delicious and are made in house. The owner visited our table as well. We were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

Excellent food, there wasn’t a plate on the table that wasn’t great. From seafood to beef excellent.

When we came in there was one other table in the restaurant, needless to say we were a little worried of the quality of the place. It was 7 adults and 3 children, from seafood based plates to beef and chicken, IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS. The owner, server, bartender, and even the chef came to see how we enjoyed everything it made us feel welcomed and homey. Its hard to believe that the restaurant has only been here for 2 months, but I definitely recommend. The mariscada was great, the children ate everything we would put on their plates. When I return to the area I will most definitely be back. Thank you.

Excellent Portuguese food. My wife and I enjoyed our authentic Portuguese meals, fresh homemade puddings. The service could not have been better. Mr. Beto was a gracious host, who paid attention to detail.
We are going to book a table for our Thanksgiving dinner.
I highly recommend this establishment. Bring your appetite because they do feed you well.
The only thing that we thought could be done differently is… the layout of the tables should be scattered a bit. Rather than all in a row, giving it a cafeteria type of feel. Although this fine restaurant is far from a cafeteria, lol. We thought that change, would make it a more cozy feel. Just our observation.

While visiting family in Palm Coast, we had a night to ourselves and decided to check out Adega II. Wow — were we surprised! So many Palm Coast restaurants are just fried food with ice berg lettuce salads, not Adega II. Everything was fresh, tender, and delicious.
For appetizers we had the garlic shrimp and alheira (portuguese style banger — essentially sausage not in casing that was fried) both were unreal and had so much flavor.
For dinner I got the pork and littlenecks with potatoes. They were covered in a delicious sauce and everything was tender. Other people in my party got the arroz con pescadore (essentially the Portuguese version of Paella) and the grilled cod with black eyed peas. I tried both dishes and they were great.
The prices were very reasonable and the wine was cheap and good!
Our waiter was very nice and helped us pick out a bottle of wine since none of us were familiar with Portuguese wines.
There was only one other table eating when we went on a Wednesday night but I hope it gets more busy because it deserves to stay!
I will definitely be going back the next time I am in Palm Coast!

Very authentic! My husband lived in Porto and loves coming here! The chicken is amazing and I personally recommend the sangria! I prefer the red but the white isn’t bad either! Ask for the hot sauce. It’s different but very good!!!

The food was absolutely phenomenal. Great octopus, steak, and codfish. Our server was new and very friendly. He told us that our food will be a little (it took about 20 – 25 minutes) but it was well worth the wait. We will definetly come back. Great for lunch or dinner. Again, friendly staff and fantastic food make a great dining experience, and Adega II has both.

For a place that’s been open for only 45 days, Adega II is doing a lot of the right things. I ordered the cozido de bacalhau (boiled codfish dinner). My girlfriend ordered the arroz de pescadore (codfish and seafood rice stew). Both dishes were well portioned and absolutely delicious. This is authentic Portuguese food!
The service was good, but not incredible. The waiter was only three days in to his job. However the owner came over to greet us as soon as we were seated. He also came by to deliver our food and apologize for the length of time the meal took to make. True, we waited a bit for the meal, but it was worth it.
