Great service! Christine does a great gel manicure. Everybody is nice and their time to give you a great massage!

Everyone was friendly, my experience was great, the massage with oil and hot rocks were about to earn him a big tip until I asked that he fix two of my toes as they looked crooked. He said no problem and understood, a few moments later he had repainted them exactly the same. After trying to explain he attempted to correct it without actually making any changes and then just finished them without asking if they were ok or any further statement about them. I’ve now left unsatisfied that a simple request could not be taken care of let alone acknowledged.

If you’re looking for a nail salon look no further. The owner and her staff are friendly and a very nice group of people.
They do what you ask and are open to feedback. They genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to be gentle.
The salon is small but very comfortable. Definitely a place to go.

My sister and I were looking for a place to get pedis & we just happened to stop by this nail place.
The customer service that they provide here is amazing! They are very kind people that always make sure you’re getting everything you need.

Very disappointed… We (we being me and my husband) were walk in’s and my first question was «do you have time to take us in» the answer was oh yes. We got pedis and 1 underarm wax. Long story short the service I received was so fast and sloppy because the person I had was in a rush; she had a client coming in, I would have appreciated it more if they told us to come back later. I don’t want to go into details on how bad the service was, but that was a complete waste of money. Also their website says 20 percent off for new customers, that didn’t happen.

Regular pedi is $ 22, callus removal is $ 5, but she only scrubbed my heel. I asked her to scrub a bit more towards my toes and got a few extra scrapes. Kind of hard to demand that someone scrubs your feet furiously lol and the paint job was just so-​so. Paint is a little uneven.
My gel manicure was $ 30. She did a good job but I had to ask her for a second coat. I thought that was standard to always put a second coat, whether It’s gel or not? She gave me an awesome hand arm massage though!
Overall, the place was not as clean or spa feeling as most others. Not sure if I’ll be back, the prices seem to be a bit nicer towards La Quinta area.

My mom and I were in Palm Desert for a little vacation and wanted to get a mani pedi. The front desk lady at the JW Marriott said she went here. Very clean and amazing service. We walked in and they were able to take us. The owner greeted every customer by name when they came in and knew what they would want. Pedicure was amazing. Very long massage and great attention to detail. Did not feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend!

This was my first time at Ann’s and I had a really good experience. Cindy did my gel manicure, she was very nice and helpful when making a color selection. Ann’s has ALOT of gel colors to choose from! Place was clean and staff was friendly.

Ann always does a great job on my nails. This is the best nail place, and the cleanest, in the valley. You don’t have to continually say no I don’t want the massage (etc) with my pedicure. You can actually relax!

I love this place. They are super nice people and they do s beautiful job. The guy who did my pedicure was the best. I was so relaxed and my toes look great. Ann did my acrylic fill and she did a great job as well. I highly recommend this salon as I have been looking for a good place all over the valley.

I’ve been coming to Ann for several years now after being very disappointed in other local nail salons. Ann finds the best techs and holds them to her same high standards of workmanship. Appointments are suggested but her and her staff work hard to work you in.

The worst experience ever will not go back. I was on my lunch break and I told the lady I needed a gel manicure refill. She said ok please sit she in her language called a guy out to do my nails. The guy looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. So he grabbed the machine that takes acrylic nails off I asked him are you going to put aluminum foil with cotton he said no she said you had acrylic. Omg I was so mad I was furious so he burned my top nails. Then he put the foil and cotton tightened my nails. After left me sitting there for 10 min when I had to leave. So then the same lady comes up and says I missed understood thought you said they were acrylic. Omg this got me upset. So she calls a lady out to do my nails. The guy wondered off. Then I told her take this off I’m leaving and still they charged me 30.00. I’m very upset how I was treated and still paid 30.00… never coming back. Then she had the nerve to say what happened all I said was YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND YOU WANT ME TO SAY IT OUT LOUD WITH CUSTOMER HERE I BETTER NOT I’M NOT COMING BACK AND I’LL PUT IT ON Unilocal. SHE THEN SAY HAVE A NICE DAY… NOT COMING BACK

I have been getting my nails and pedicures done over for 25 years and don’t think I have ever enjoyed it as much as my experience at Ann’s Nails. Kyle did a wonderful job on my French nails and his pedicure was truly a Spa experience! They were highly recommended by a dear friend and truly lived up to her praises!

Just the best! Ann and her team are amazing! I will never go anywhere else! They always take such good care of me and always manage to get me in even when I call in with little notice. Don’t go anywhere else! Except, I hope everyone goes elsewhere so I don’t have to share this place with anyone! Kyle is an artist!

I am a snowbird and really look forward to coming to Ann’s as she does a better manicure and pedicure than I get at home !

I moved here in the valley, April 2014, after many years in Orange County. I had the same hairdresser for 14 years and the same nail technician for 10 years. Once I find the right match I am loyal. No reason to go elsewhere.
I have struggled finding the right people here but think that search ended today. I found Ann’s Nails on Unilocal and took a chance walking in. I have gel on my nails but not the gel that is typically used here. Ann greeted me immediately and after some discussion I decided to take a chance. She asked me to trust her and promised I would be pleased with the results.
She was friendly, fast and detailed in doing the best for my nails. They feel and look wonderful. Today I am happy. After trying 5 different salons I think I am finally where I need to be.

I hit the jack pot this time. After several different nail salons I simply stopped doing my nails. Either the gals were busy talking amongst themselves or chatting on the phone. Tv’s blaring, or the 5 minute wait lasted 25. Nails chipped far to soon due to watered down nail polish.
Then I found Anne’s… so far every time has been delightful; from the warm greeting to the on time manicurists. Gels never peel, lift or chip. My pedicure last 3 weeks right along with my nails.
Water is offered as well as conversation in english.
It’s the simple things that make me happy, promoting a well run business is a happy thing.

Ann’s Nails is definately the place to get a great manicure, set of nails or pedicure. They even do waxing. The salon is clean and the technicians are friendly and professional. Top of the line customer service and more than average selection of colors. I get pink and white gel and love the way they look. Really convenient location near Whole Foods and Nordstrom Rack.
