Will go NO Where else when remodeling with tile, slab etc! The Showroom is truly well organized, and has an amazing assortment PLUS… CANDACE POLITO works here as a Design and Sales consultant! Truly awesome! Helped us with remarkable insight on a dime and was spot on with her recommendations! Love here and Arizona Tile!

This is not a complaint about Arizona Tile staff, this is about the tile supplier itself. I ordered floor tile for a complete new house. The tile was nothing like what was on their website or on display in the 2 Arizona Tile stores I visited. It had the normal color variation one would expect, but one third of the tile was a completely different color AND pattern. The installers didn’t know what to do with the tile, ²⁄₃ looked like grey limestone and ¹⁄₃ looked like some sort of brownish swirl stuff. To make matters worse, the tile with the different pattern was uniformly a different color than the rest of the tiles. The «variation only applied to the differently patterned tiles so it looked like a mixed batch of left over tiles. Of course it looked awful when installed. I think they shipped me or they mixed color batches, which is a no no when ordering for a whole house. I’m not talking about another TONE of the same color which is a variation of color in the same pattern, I’m saying ¹⁄₃ of the tile was uniformly a completely DIFFERENT COLOR AND a completely different Pattern. It was a disaster. The product was Arizona Tile «Eternal Limestone» series, Anthracite color. If you order tile from this place, inspect each box before the tile people lay it or you will be sorry. Apparently their quality control is so lax that they just throw any run’s colors into the boxes they send you. This was for a $ 750K house. I still have the pictures from their showroom and website that show tile with nice variations but NOTHING like was shipped to me. If I had not been doing a remodel for a disabled person 120 miles away at the same time I would have rejected it all. So, I’m partly to blame. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Angela and the crew at Arizona Tile is the best! My partner Mark and I have bought a ton of product from Angela. She knows her stuff and bends over backwards to make sure you get what you want. Prices and selections are by far the best in Palm Desert.
We’re remodeling our master bathroom at the moment. With all the marble tiles and slab we bought, its going to transform the feel and look big time.

The reason we chose Arizona Tile for our home remodeling materials was because of Candace. We had visited many places and when we met with Candace she took an incredible amount of time with us helping us select our products. We subsequently met with her at the store probably 4 more times in addition to countless phone conversations. Her knowledge of the products were unmatched and would recommend working with her without hesitation.

Arizona tile is hands down the best stone supplier. I’ve worked with them in several states. Friendly staff, good customer service, and lots of quality material.
Wouldn’t send my customers anywhere else!

Great selection of granite slabs. Amazing in fact. Also, the prices are very competitive. If you go there to the slab office ask for Angela. She will take care of you and your account. In fact she will be a wonderful advocate for you and watch out for you if you are her customer. In the building process it is difficult to find someone like that— we all know that for sure.

MAY be a beautiful showroom, with a TON of staff and lots of beautiful granite, marble and other tile options… but BOY is the staff cold, impersonal, uninterested and would rather just stare at their computers all day rather than lend you a hand… and when you DO ask them for some info, they do it begrudgingly.
Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. PERIOD.

Amazing business; amazing people. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, it doesn’t exist! We were «underwhelming» customers in that we needed only one 12″ x 12″ tile. We were treated as if we were outfitting several buildings! We found what we wanted, ordered it, and were treated like royalty by Angela. Cannot recommend this business TOO highly… they are wonderful!1

An overwhelming amount of beautiful tiles and granite. Their showroom is beautiful and they have an extensive warehouse.
Customer service here is excellent and very patient. We had a lot of questions and made several trips, because we liked so many of the slabs. Initially, we wanted a light colored granite, but fell in love with the Aphrodite granite. The colors were amazing with the black background with blues and greens. We were entirely ready to change our cabinet colors to bring these amazing colors into our home.
But, alas, the Aphrodite was not meant to be. It is one of the most popular and expensive slabs they sell, and the most beautiful slabs were already taken.
And…then…we…found…out…the…prices. Oh my, too much!

Dropped in to check things out to compare to here in the OC. Angela Daley and Gabe Schroeder did a great job showing me everything and making me feel extremely welcomed. Even though I wasn’t looking to buy that day they really gave me great ideas and if I need them for anything I will be calling them for all our tile needs. What a great team! Thanks Angela and Gabe!

Far more impressed with Arizona than Bedrosians.
The warehouse is insane, if you happen to have a granite fetish, you will freak out.
The showroom is aesthetically pleasing, and there are happy nice people waiting to help you! Our tile contractor was referred from here; and we are happy.

We have used Arizona Tile for source the materials for our last four projects. The staff at Arizona Tile is very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a pleasure to do business where you can count on professional service from a friendly staff. The selection of materials is excellent, and the design assistance from Candace Polito was very helpful to us.
