Unless your building a «Big» pool don’t waste your time. I called them for a spa bid. They schedule a rep
To come to my project (I am a contractor), Rene arrived in the morning. A few things stood out,
1. She was wearing flip flops and skirt — this became problematic when she was trying to see what equipment was onsite. All the pool equipment is located in a pit, so rather than being able to go down the ladder to inspect she had to just try and see if she could tell what it was. Not really professional and how can you give a proper bid if you cannot see what your bidding?
2. She told me that it will take a while to get a bid because they normally do «big» jobs. She stressed this like 4 times as if my project was more of a favor.
3. When I asked her how long it would take to build the 7′ X 7′ spa she said 8 weeks, What??? 8 weeks!!! She said it’s the same process as building a big pool so it takes the same time. Really??? Well building a 10’x 12′ shed out of lumber is the same process as a framing a home but it only takes 4 hours…
About a week went by with no estimate then I got a phone call from Rene, she told me they are so busy in a really «big» job and she would not be able to get me my estimate until next week. I told her that it sounded like I was too small of a job for their company and I will go elsewhere and her reply was, «ok, best of luck»…
This is quality professional sales at its best…
I don’t recommend you wasting your time…

I have been meaning to write this review on the exception work and follow up service that we have received from the Azure Pools and Spas family. Renee and her brother Rick were so easy to work with and they worked their magic in our small back yard. Our pool and spa are both so beautiful, along with our firepit. Renee is always available to answer any questions whether it is on how to use our Easy Touch remote or any other question.
Thank you again for a 5 star job and service.

Being first time pool owners we were unsure of what to expect, but you made the whole process easy for us and you were always available to answer any questions we had .You took our ideas and created the pool of our dreams. Even a year after the pool was completed, you still treat us as if we are the most important client you have. We interviewed other pool contractors prior to choosing Azure, but what made the difference was when my wife and I talked to our neighbors who had you built their pools with Azure they all recommended your company so highly. Azure pools constructed by pool as well as provided some after installation service and products. Pool is ok, but after-​service is questionable. Be careful purchasing additional products from this firm. Not only were their recommendations bad, but they would not resolve the issue when asked and initially blamed the manufacturer. The owner (Rick Neff) is difficult to deal with, often assigning blame to others instead of managing the problem and accepting responsibility. We still remain unresolved with this firm to find a workable solution, and had to source (and pay for) other options. It was amazing to me that they would not stand behind such a small facet of their work, especially when we had chosen to make such a sizable investment with their firm. In any case, it is not about the money now (~$ 450) but honor and warning others to be careful.
