Very disappointed with this company. 3 months ago just get the service experiencing crap service. they ask me to buy other router because the one they provide me was very bad obviously «no money back. Finally spend over 100 dollars in a new one… Still bad service «» now they are closing doors «» what a crap company «««» so sad !!!

CLOSED! These folks Just went out of business unexpectedly– very little notice– Do not bother calling if your shopping around! They started out good, but I think when they raised their prices with little notice, suddenly the speeds were god awful and they started losing business? or tried to perhaps expand too quickly with a skeleton crew? Called several times and never got ANY return calls– I was even disconnected 3 times when waiting for help on hold! I finally got through after 2 days, and I actually asked them if they were going out of business, but they totally denied it– sure enough, I got a two sentence Closure warning email stating they were shutting down, and they only gave us all 3 days notice! Bummed!

We are disappointed to announce Craig4G will be shutting down its network in November 2015. We do not have an exact day, but will happen within the next 30 days. We urge you to find a new internet service provider as soon as possible.
We will not be billing any customers in November.
Thank you for being a Craig4G customer,
I was reasonably happy with thier service. The installed on time and the price was reasonable. Down time was not bad. But the speed was not what I expected. I will be sorry to see them go.
