Just thought I would post the most recent cost of going with this company.
Roof repair that wasn’t noticed – $ 2100
Shower leak – $ 200
Water heater work – $ 200
We just realized we will need to replace the dishwasher. That will be $ 500+.
Hugely expensive mistake on our part going with them.

The HouseMaster Home Inspector was on time and provided an in-​depth inspection report. However, after moving in, we found quite a few simple things around the house that we feel should have been discovered during the home inspection like dripping faucets in the bathroom and a small gas leak underneath the stove top. They did find some issues that were repaired before closing, but overall we felt that the attention to detail wasn’t there that you would expect when you put your trust in a home inspection company.

I can’t say enough good about this company. Reasonable prices, thorough and on time inspection. But more importantly, they view the post-​inspection now as a relationship and keep sending great tips to remember to do as you moved in. I am still getting good tips even two months after the inspection. Highly recommend them.
