J & W Management

Here’s an organization tasked with the simplest of tasks to facilitate HOA rules and regulations, but incapable of handling even minor issues. The run around, the blaming of others, the deferring to «the board» — not capable of administrating any form of management or constituent resolutions. Avoid this organization at all costs.

Dealing with J & W is like working in the old days when personal service was the norm.
You can always talk to someone in the office and the managers respond when there are problems.
My association is very happy with our manager and will continue with them for many years.

This is the WORST management company we have come across in all of our properties. I have never attempted to speak to such RUDE and RACIST people in all my life. Their mailing notices and office manager Kate are the most UNPROFESSIONAL and HATEFUL people you will come across. Don’t even bother with the people of their Casa Blanca community who are just as bad. The community has so many rules and it’s a DUMP at $ 400 per month for lazy staff and unkept grounds with mothing to offer. The gardners sleep on your patio, the neighbors peek in, constantly complain, and if you’re not 80+ and Jewish, you are a person of the devil who can’t be trusted according to our surrounding neighbors. I’m floored there are so many horrible personalities working for and living in this community. What a nightmare! Do not move or buy here!

Each time I call a real person answers the phone and they are eager to put me in touch with the person who can answer my questions. If they don’t have an immediate answer, they get one for me within a reasonable length of time. It is refreshing to be treated with such respect. My other area HOA management team is not near as customer service oriented. Keep up the good work!

They never take care of the buildings, never return calls. The building needs small things like touch up paint and cleaning. The building is small with no gated parking and they raised the HOA for nothing. I own other properties and they are out of control on the HOA. I DON’T NOT RECOMMEND. ANY BUILDER OR PROPERTY OWNERS SAY NO TO J &W. Someone smart enough with the know how can take the properties away from this management company and the home owners can vote for a NEW HOA IF THEY KNEW THAT THEY COULD!!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST THEY DO!!! HOME OWNERS, MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! GET RID OF J & W MANAGEMENT!!! ASAP!!! WORK ON IT!!! YOU CAN BE RID OF THEM!!!
