Only reason this review is even getting 2 stars is because of a sweet older lady that helped me prior to exchanging an item! I came in two days ago and approached the counter (while the associate was on the phone chatting) and payed for my item. Came in to exchange it today and when the two younger girls came out they were super rude! I’ve worked in retail for over 5 years and I understand retail is tough but you have to put a smile on your face. If it wasn’t for customers you wouldn’t have a job!

Cute selection of holiday items.
I walked away with some Christmas ornaments and some of the stuffed Snoopy (Peanuts) animals from the holiday collection.
Since it’s a Hallmark, they (obviously) have ample cards. Boxed stationery, or individual cards.

There were two young girls working the store doing sales. They were both talking to each other busily. They took care of me quickly when I finally got their eye, but it did take a while. I was looking for a calligraphy pen and the girl looked at me with that kind of «what are you talking about» look in her eye, and she took me to a place in the store and showed me pen and pencil sets. This sales girl had no idea what I was talking about and she cared even less.
Maybe it is just me, but I think sales people should be knowledgeable about product. Store overall was neat and clean and they have a good selection of cards. I’ve shopped there before and bought cards, but this was the first time I needed help. And help wasn’t available.
