I recently spent a week in Palm Desert on vacation — after reading Unilocal reviews, I settled on Legend for both a shellac mani and pedi and was extremely pleased with the results! The shape and quality of polish is perfect, and I’ve never had a shellac main last this long! I will return on my next trip!

Pretty unremarkable manicure and spa pedicure for 65 $ considering the stellar reviews. I guess it’s based on who you get. Thu (the nail tech) was nice as can be but both my manicure and pedicure were rushed. I was done with both in 45min. And I got a spa pedicure with paraffin and a hot stone massage. It wasn’t even busy. She didn’t thoroughly clip my cuticles. She put my feet in cold water because «it’s hot outside». I had to ask her to warm the water. The «flower» she put on my big toe was something I could have done at home myself. I probably could have done the same job if not better myself. Just very underwhelmed overall. May come again but will definitely ask for someone different.

Once upon a time, I came in with feet in terrible condition. Along came Vivian who rescued my feet. She is super fun and sweet, and gives the best pedicures! I garden in the desert and so my feet and legs take a beating. So I get the «Revitalize» treatment which is very thorough and very reasonably priced. (Nails, apricot sea salt scrub, hot stone massage, etc…) VIVIAN does a super job. I won’t go to anyone else now. I’ve been to just about every nail salon in Palm Desert. Super easy to find, tons of parking! Vivian works 6 days a week, except Tuesdays. She also does manicures, acrylics, gels, and waxing. Vivian is also a licensed esthetician, as well as a licensed manicurist. The story has a happy ending: pretty feet! (I took a photo of her, she is wearing a peach-​colored shirt.)

It was my first time here, and they took me in right away as a walk in. Roy did an amazing job with my gel manicure. I’ve been going to Vinny Nail Salon for years, but this place might be my new favorite spot after all! It has great gel selections that I love! Definitely will be back here again!

Don’t say you’re open when you’re not open on Sundays! We drove all the way out here and you have a little piece of paper in the window that says close Sunday. But on Unilocal it says you’re open! Grrrr.

I was in town for five days and in need of a pedicure. I went to another nail shop and they had five clients with two employees, they barely greeted me. Then I drove by Legends and gave it a try! The owner greeted me immediately and offered me water. I asked if he would do my nails, he said he had a an appointment already scheduled but had someone who would take me. I was escorted to Rays station who quickly helped me choose a color, He was so nice and we began small talk. I LOVE THE AMBIANCE here, Great relaxing music, 7 or more manicurist, clean location, and they take their time. No one was speaking in their language to each other but to their clients. If you are picky and love good service, Come here you will love it! Last caveat the prices are comparable to my bay area home. Im definitely coming back.

I came out to the Palm Springs area a year ago & got a pedicure here & it was the best pedicure I have ever had. Then I came back a couple of weeks ago & Unilocaled nail salons & thought I found it, scheduled an appt at a 5 star place & when I got there realized it wasn’t the same place, it was good, but not as good as Legend. So, now I’m back and I was determined to find it, I did & Vin did my pedicure again, I completely remember him & the place. He is so careful, gentle, & thorough. Every part of the pedicure is amazing, including the hot stone massage that is included:) I paid for extra time for a massage! Just tell him how much pressure you like & he accommodates. Thank you Legend Nails & thank you Vin for excellent service:)

Seen the posts on here and made an appointment with Vin. It was the best pedicure ever. Very gentle with clipping and nipping, yet nice and firm with massage. He took his time and it didn’t feel rushed like other salons. Counting down the days till I have to get another pedicure. Haha

Vin has been taking care of my manicures and pedicures for over ten years now. (I have been going to him since he was at River Nails.) He is kind, considerate, and the best at what he does. He won’t let you leave his spa until he knows that you are 100% satisfied. Staff is amazing, as well.

Nobody really did great job like Tina.
Whenever I go there, everybody is always friendly and welcoming
I have been going there for 2 years almost and never hesitated

I’ve been twice now to Legend Nail Salon and both times have been extremely happy. I’ve gotten pedicures both times. Nail polish stayed on for a very long time, and the whole experience is wonderful. Hot stone massage, leg massage… great attention to detail. This last time I had Rey, and he did an awesome job, with both the polishing and the massage was great. Also, no smell in the salon, which is important to me.

The woman rushed through the manicure and didn’t do all the steps listed on the service. I was charged $ 20 for a basic manicure that should be $ 15. Was not impressed. All others seemed to have someone much friendlier. Maybe my experience was isolated but I don’t like being over charged and not even get what I paid for.

This salon was recommended to me by a friend… what a great salon!!! Leyna does absolutely beautiful manis and pedis… and they last and last! She also gives the best massage I’ve ever had. Went in with back pain and left feeling great… just love this place and will recommend it everytime I can!

I’d heard rave reviews about this place a for a while from coworkers, and I finally went yesterday afternoon with my girlfriends and I have to say… I have a new favorite nail salon! We got spa pedicures with hot stone massages for a great price. The technicians were very friendly and did such a great job on our nails, even taking the time to fix my friend’s broken toenail.
We will be coming here a lot more often!

The best nail salon I have ever been to! Prices are very good compared to most I have seen here in palm desert. Everyone that works there is so sweet. Thu pronounced as the number 2 does my pedicures and she is awesome! They use hot rocks when they do their oil massages and it feels like heaven! She always takes her time and her designs are always so cute! There have been a couple times where I have left and messed up the polish because it wasn’t dry yet and one time was right after they closed. The man opened the door and let me in. He willingly fixed it for me and wouldn’t let me pay and then I apologized and thanked him and his exact words were «it’s ok if you mess it up again and come back tomorrow I will fix it again for you» I will never go anywhere else, I found everything I want and need in this place!
