Great staff. Owners are friendly and eager to make you feel at home. Great place to shop!!! The store is clean, organized, and has a wonderful presentation.

I love the clothes they carry but the staff are less than friendly! They never say hi to me they stereotype me the minute I walk in. It’s actually hurtful. Sad that the employees have the I’m better attitude. I’ve bought from here several times but won’t be returning simply because of the attitudes.

This was my first time in the store and I have to say it has a great atmosphere! The two girls were extremely friendly and eager to help me find what I was looking for. They even suggested something I would have never normally picked myself, but to my surprise I loved it! And my daughter even found a pair of Toms she loved… We will definitely be back

if you’re traveling in the summer like some people do for the good sales, don’t bother stopping here. This shop has an attitude! While the other stores are marking their prices down because it’s mid July, 114 degrees, & time to unload Spring, Summer, & Winter things, «She She» still has everything (including old merchandise I saw there a year ago) marked full price. There’s one small sales rack in the back that no one would want. Maybe they think they can fool people who’ve never been to Palm Dessert before & pass their old stuff from last season off as new. But anyone who can Google the brands they like, will find out that «She She» is passing old stuff off as new. Buyer beware! You can get it cheaper on line or in the department stores who’re always having sales & have good return policies. Or for those who live near P.D. in big cities like L.A. or San Diego, you can get the same things & more selection for a better price, OR just get it on-​line! In addition to that, as a previous poster said, their return policy is terrible. She She only gives a credit within a 2 week time period. No refunds period! Since it’s a small store, the chances of finding something else you like to replace your return are slim. Hello! If you liked an item the first time you would’ve bought it! On top of all this, the manager has an attitude of «we don’t have to have sales!» This filters down to the sales people who take her lead, creating an unfriendly atmosphere.

Terrible customer service. That just about sums up my experience at this store. Their selection of clothing is beautiful and I love to shop at local stores but I won’t be giving them any of my business. Their return policy made me feel like I was shopping at a dinky little store in downtown la not an upscale boutique.

Horrible return policy-​no returns or exchanges after 14 days. This is definitely not explicit upon making a purchase, or I would not have made it. I told the clerk that it wouldn’t be helpful to have to keep too small pants for my son; in an attempt at accommodation, she offered to make an exchange instead. Small problem though, they didn’t have any pants in his size, not to mention the fact that the selection for boys is minimal, at best. I asked if I could use the credit at the adult store, where I might be able to find something for myself. Denied. So now here I am, stuck with a store credit, for a store that has almost no boys clothing, and nothing in my son’s size. Lesson learned. .. Won’t be shopping here again.

My favorite boutique on El Paseo! Best unique and stylish pieces – AND they always have items on sale. Amy and Cara are super-​friendly and know how to treat and take care of their clientle!

If you are looking for the most adorable current fashion look no further. If you want a staff that is cheerful and willing to help you with a smile, this is the spot! This store is a must shop whether you are a resident or visiting. I wish you had one in the South Bay! Well done to the staff of She She… love this store!
