Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the high end brands you can find here. I’ve left with many Tory Burch, Coach, Burberry, Kate Spade and even Chanel items what I got for a fabulous deal! I’ve also sold my gently used high end items here and left with cash!

If your looking for style, and the greatest fashions with some awesome shoes then you found it. They say never judge a book by it’s cover or store for that matter. I had it in my head that it would be like Plato’s and I wouldn’t find anything in my size. Wrong… They have from the small sizes all the way up to 3x. and there not the stuffy boring clothes either. The shoe and purse selection is to die for!!! Now your thinking hmmm it costs alot. Nope, they were reasonably priced!!! I mean reasonably like $ 4-​$ 16 for named brands. You can’t go wrong!!! The staff was so personable and when they found this was my first time well, they just wanted to share what they had to offer. It made me feel like I was worth something and that will make this my favorite place to shop. In fact I can’t wait until payday to go on a shopping spree.

I have never had good luck selling to this store. Either my clothes are not what they’re looking for, or brand names they don’t sell. I tried with a brand new ladies top from Target and they told me they did not purchase that name — only to see they had quite a few Faded Glory tops. That’s a Walmart brand! Didn’t quite understand that one. I was offered $ 5 for a brand new Calvin Klein suit set. $ 3 for a brand new Cole Haan bag. That’s crazy to me.
Their prices for bags are sometimes close to retail — and their staff has never been friendly. Never a hello or an offer to help. But when a regular comes in they practically close the store and become personal shoppers!
I’d suggest a little more customer service and lose the snobby attitudes. Ladies, remember — you may be selling Kate Spade but it’s second hand. Lighten up.

Like many others who have left poor reviews I also was not acknowledged when shopping. Three employees, not one said hello. One employee worked around me hanging clothes next to me without a smile, hello, can I help you find something etc. I left within five minutes of being there. Not a welcome or pleasant experience. I also thought the clothes were not in the best of shape. Won’t be back. Whoever owns this place really needs to train their staff in customer service. Snooty employees.

My daughters and I love coming here, we never leave empty handed! The store is well organized by color and size, items are neatly displayed and easy to find. The staff is active helping find items or make suggestions. We have found some great items here! Wether you need a party dress last minute or a designer purse to complete your outfit, you will be very likely to find it here! We feel very welcome here! Great establishment with a few other locations, we have only been to the Palm Harbor one and we love it!

It’s a decent location, but the staff have never been very friendly, and their items are priced at near full retail, even though it is a resale shop where much of their inventory is obviously very used.
