Working at Edison substation, came here for lunch having always seen this place on my way to the site. Ordered with a couple other coworkers to go… some ceviche and 8 tacos between the three of us… food was decent, nothing spectacular about it. Gave us no salsa and didn’t give us our complete order of 8 tacos… oh well, won’t be giving this place my business from here on out…

Me and my friend went here after working 12 and a half hour day and still have another two hour drive home come in to find they have construction going on inside the restaurant I for one thought this was tacos and beer and this was not the one that I thought so I didn’t get to try the food and construction was going on saw this typically it wasn’t my kind of place to eat after doing construction up all day I don’t want to hear that while I’m eating dinner after they get done with construction I definitely come back and check it out but I have to say right now no bueno but the cute bartender bought Me and my friend a beer

Usually I love this place but Sunday’s is not a good day to come. Apparently they have different chefs take over so don’t expect the original fandango’s. Come any other day you won’t regret it.

I deliver fuel to the Arco across the street, and noticed this place as I was waiting for the my tank to empty. Decided to go in for a quick lunch to sample the tacos. Since it says«Tacos & Beer», I expected a little restaurant that serves cervezas. I was wrong. This is a full on bar, that serves tacos. You walk right up to the bar and order tacos like you would a shot of Tequila. Im not complaining, Im just observing. Dude at the bar knew instantly that I was there for tacos, and gave me a menu right away. Friendly Dude, very welcoming. These are street tacos for a dollar. Works for me. Heres my take. I had a Buche taco. It was tasteless, as buche usually is.(I order it anyway, if Tripas isn’t available, which it isn’t.) I had a Pollo taco. Tasted exactly like the buche. Meh. I had 2 Carne Asada tacos. They were also tasteless, and sorta ground up a bit too much for my taste. But I liked them OK. I had 2 Cabeza tacos, and they were the stars of the show. SO good, I will be getting a plate of these when I come back. The texture and taste are great combination. The tortillas on all of these tacos were amazing, and even boosted the flavor of the buche and pollo. They seem to be handmade, but I doubt they are. They are that good. A local I was sitting next to swears by this place, so I need to try everything I didn’t today.

It’s Tuesday so I figured I’d take part in some #TacoTuesday action. Problem is there aren’t a lot of legit taco place in the #PalmSprings area. I’m not around here so I reached on to a few of my #FritoLay co-workers and they all have me the same name. #Fandangos although the name kinda turned me of(reminds me of a weird wwe wrestler lol) I decided to go. I ordered 2 asada tacos, 2 el pastor, and 2 chicken with a side a guacamole. Needles to say they didn’t disappoint. Tacos hit the spot and washed down well with an ice cold #Modelo. Happy tummy!
