I hired Thor to cater a birthday dinner for 8 at a cabin we rented in Idyllwild and he did a great job. He’s a class act and a very talented vegan chef. From hors d’oeuvres to dessert and everything in between the food was delicious and presented beautifully. His Three Layer Chocolate Cake with hazelnut and cacao butter was truly the best chocolate cake I have ever had. He and Curtis arrived on time with much of the food already prepped. The were very efficient, and Curtis did a great job serving. Their cleanup was also quick and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great catered vegan meal or event.
