This is the best location in all of palmdale. Ive never experienced a wrong order, unlike the one on palmdale blvd who gets my order wrong every time! the staff is decent, besides one worker who was working at night that had the best attitude and was so nice. i didnt get her name but i liked her the most.

This location really surprised me, rush hour lunch time, a line of maybe 5 – 6 cars and I was on my way in less than 8 minutes. I didn’t have to repeat my order 2 or 3 times to be taken correctly. I said it once, verified it at the screen, paid, picked up my order and I was gone! I usually don’t do drive-thrus because it limits my review material. But I really need to point out the speed of service, customer service, those two deserve major props! The outside of the building does need some TLC, a lot of spider webs on the outside, broken bricks but nothing that would indicate a dirty restaurant. While on the window, I noticed that the employees were clean and well groomed, it didn’t look messy or filthy. My order was correct and it seemed professionally made, by that I mean, the burgers looked like they were builded not tossed all together. I will recommend this location to anyone, simply because they achieved this great first impression during lunch rush and in the drive-thru! That just shows the quality of employees they have.

This Carl’s Jr has great customer service. On my way to work I drive thru for a order of crispy tacos & one spicy chicken sandwich. Total is $ 2.18 lol The workers always greet me & are very polite. They always ask me if I need anything else after giving me my food. Mind you I am only wasting $ 2.18 every time I stop by, yet I still get great service.

Decent location. The food is hit or miss, but more good than bad. The drive-thru staff is always friendly though. A few of them even recognize me when I go through at this point haha. Make sure to ask for light ice in your drinks if you want to get your money’s worth. Massively unhealthy food, like most American fast food, but good in a pinch, on occasion.

I went thru the drive thru at about 9:30 at night. i ordered a normal size order for two people, including shakes and one of their new chicken strip sandwiches. After paying, the young lady with the headset asked me if i would pull around and park in the parking lot, she would bring my order out to me. when i asked why?, since there was no one else in the drive thru, she said… «oh, you don’t wanna wait?» then she proceeded to tell me about her service being timed. I didn’t pull around, i waited. she didn’t give me any receipt, so i had to go inside and ask for it. i was clearly pissed, but the manager ignored me completely as another employee got my receipt for me. when i stopped the manager and asked for a corporate number, he walked to the back wrote the number down and handed it to me and walked away. he was not interested in my issues. when i got home, the food was blah and the chicken sandwich only had two tiny chicken strips on it. the bun could easily fit three. I will not be eating at this carl’s Jr again, and may never go to any carl’s jr ever again because of the service i received on this night.

This is a general review for ALL Carl’s Jr. This one just happens to be closest to me. I am very disappointed that they finally came up with an innovation worth keeping. This ingenius being the Philly Cheesesteak burger. It was recently discontinued and I had the unfortunate experience of finding this out last week while on my lunch break. I had to settle for the low carb burger which I guess if I was a religious nut I would take this as «sign from god.» Nonetheless… poor marketing move by Carl’s and Deep Six the salads… we have enough fast food joints«going green» for this new pansy generation«Y» and«Z» kids. Bring back the Philly Cheesesteak Burger!!!
