I have been to many feed stores over the years and Four Points Feed Store is the really my favorite. They are helpful and honest. They deliver to my area which other feed stores will not who are even closer to me. They are very reliable and they know their customers by name and go out of their way to do so. By now I am sure they have delivered to me over 100 times. They are open on Sunday when many other feed stores are not. They are reliable when I need vaccine to have a current one on hand which is not expired. They carry more than many other places and will tell you that a lesser priced product is good. I also have noticed that their prices are less on many items.

Just move to the area, I notice that this place was the closes store so I stop to buy horse and dog food.
WOW, their prices are way over price, I mean just about 30% more, compare to what I buy the same items on other stores… Their staff is definitely not customer service friendly or knows much about what the products they sell.
When I express my observations I got this big attitude when I try to show the receipt from other competitors for the same items.
I don’t recommend or will go back to this place, I rather drive someplace else that to deal with some smartass with a big attitude. It looks like this place doesn’t understand the number one rule in business. The customer is always right.

I BEEN GOING HERE FOR 2 years now to buy Diamond dog food and misc stuff this place has good service pricing is good and staff has knowledge on the products

Came here to rent a truck and they tried to charge me $ 600 when i was only supposed to pay $ 120. Scammers!!! Now i have a fraud alert on my credit card. They gave off creepy vibes. I should have known better. ALSO they do NOT care for the chickens and ducks and roosters properly. I had to make a guy put water in the cages because he wouldnt. I refused to leave until he did. They also put the animals in the heat with no regard to the animals when shade is only a few feet away. Lastly one chick was «smooshed» and left to die when my som asked what was wrong with him. I pray for those poor innocent animals and these scammers will take ur money!!!
