I have been coming into this store for many years, everytime I walk in the store I am greeted with a smile. Sara and her staff always go above and beyond in anything that I might need. Everyone is very knowledgeable and are always honest. They are not liars or try and scam you like the corporate store across the st. If you are looking for a great & honest experience when purchasing your devices COME HERE. This is THE BEST VERIZON store in the AV. The whole staff is AWESOME and they all work together as a TEAM.

I have a Verizon down the street from me but every time I need to go into a store I go out of my way to go to this Palmdale store. The staff always greats me and is usually very quick to get through their waiting customers. The manager, Sara, is my go to Verizon wireless expert! She is extremely knowledgeable. She always tells me exactly what is going on and what’s the best thing to do. I get all my questions answered. Every recommendation she has given my husband and I have been great! All the staff here has been great to us but Sara has just been over the top great!

I come in often for my mobile and plan needs. I’m always greeted the instant I walk in. If they’re busy, I’m always assured that they will be right with me. Highly recommend this place, why? Because I’m treated like a human being whether I buy something or not.

Came in with my girlfriend who wanted to upgrade her phone. It was busy but we were greeted and assisted shortly thereafter. Julissa was the sales rep that help us and she was great. She had a lot of patience and answered all my annoying questions with a smile. She pitched all the relevant sales promos and upgrades but wasn’t pushy, broke all the pricing down in a clear manner and was super helpful!

Horrible customer service. Wait time is ridiculous. Then it turns out, they ordered the wrong phone for me. Took them longer than they estimated to get me the correct phone. When I called and complained to Verizon– they informed me there was nothing they could do because Go Wireless was not ‘an actual Verizon store’. The actual Verizon store is about ½ mile away. Save your self some aggravation and go to the REAL Verizon store.
