IHOP

Terrible. Order was messed up 3 times and our check got messed up 4 times, got charged for wrong for things we didn’t even order. Server was the girl Aide. Probably the worst service we’ve ever had. Then to top it off she didn’t give us our correct change back when we paid… Like nothing more could of gone wrong. Sucks cause I came here all the time and love the banana Nutella crepes… Much rather just make them at home now. I really didn’t think this shitty of service and that much of no common sense existed. Oh ! We were also the ONLY table in the restaurant !

This is the best IHOP in town all of the waiters and waitresses are awesome and very professional the management team is very nice and will go over and beyond to make you feel welcomed to come here and eat at any time!!!

Typical IHOP with long waits for service. Our waiter was working hard, he just needed more help. The muzak system was malfunctioning and played the same song twice simultaneously with a 2 second delay so it was like a delayed echo of the music. We told several people and they said it was IHOP radio so they couldn’t control it. They turned the volume down but apparently couldn’t turn it off. Another long wait to pay. Hubby left his hat there and they had it waiting for us when we went back.

Cook can’ cook over medium eggs! They wasted a half dozen eggs trying. We don’ t dine there any more. I can not give it even a star rating, but I have to to process this

I love IHOP, it’s one of my favorite places to breakfast. My hubby wanted to pick up our order instead of dining in so that we can sleep in and he can bring it home to me and the kids, how nice is he right? Well we ordered 4 full meals that included eggs hashbrowns and eggs along w sides of crepes. The order just seemed so much smaller. Like it was the tiniest spoonful of hashbrowns ever on all four plates lol I was like where’s the rest of it? Portions just seemed a lot smaller than when we dine in.

We were a group of seven with one toddler. Our waitress Liz was terrible. When we sat down she took our drink order, which was fine, but then we had to ask her to take our food order. There weren’t many people in the restaurant so we didn’t understand why it took so long to get our food. She brought three plates to our table and we waited for the other four plates to be served. We sat in front of the kitchen so we could see our food sitting on the counter under the lamps while she stood at the window doing nothing. We had to ask for missing food items and Liz ignored or us a few times as she walked by us to other tables. I watched one couple walk out after being seated for 10 minutes without being acknowledged.
This IHOP either needs new staff, management or training, or maybe all of the above because their service is lacking at best.

While we LOVED the customer service and our waitress was amazing, the food I ate really messed my stomach up. While eating it, it was your typical diner breakfast and tasted fine. But not even 20 mins later I was very sick. I would recommend being cautious when eating here. Even if you can usually eat this food often without problem, like me, id advise being careful. Two stars for the amazing customer service from our waitress. She did a phenomenal job, and my children loved her.

While the servers a real nice, they are way under staffed, half the restaurant is closed and since we have baby’s with is they put us in the last table in the far back, and ignored us for a while, then after about 15 Minutes of flagging down someone to notice us, they finally asked us for our drinks order which they got wrong not once but three times, food took a while to get to us and half was cold asked for condiments since the table didn’t not have any ketchup etc and didn’t get all of them till almost all of our meals were done, as I sit here and write this we are still being ignored and they put us in a very Sunny booth and turned off the fans so now all of out soft drinks are warm ice melted and still no one here till help us out, out of mozzarella sticks even tho the place is empty. Place is a fucking joke…,
The Manager who schedules this place should be fired for the lack of support but the staff was great so I gave it one star.
The Manager Flor was always at the Bank when we asked for her FYI avoid this IFlop till it gets with the program.

Peyman and Flor provided the best customer service, they attended us quickly and always have a smile (not the first time they have attended me). The food comes out fresh and perfect every time we dine here. Even on busy days they attend us and ask if we need anything. Hats off to Felipe too as he has provided the same service on other days.

Food is usually good here. But lately the quality and quantity of food has changed. Service has also gone down. We have been here several times and every time we like it less and less. There are so many other breakfast options out here that are local and better.

This IHOP is nicer than the one in Lancaster on 10^th and you get much better service here. The food is delicious as always and it actually comes to your table hot. Its really not too much further of a drive so if you’re craving a specific something from IHOP (for me its the stuffed french toast… YUM!) you should just make the extra drive to this location.

Food was not great and very over priced. $ 30.00 Breakfast for my 5 year old grandson and I. He had a pancake and I an omelet. I had water and he had a child’s milk. Totally overpriced.

My visit was pleasant, my kids enjoyed themselves. food wasnt all that for me.
Will I return? Yes but for breakfast only. I will never order a Burger from here my bad. Customer service was 4

Does not even deserves notice. Never coming back. Pancakes were not cooked. Asked for new ones… Never came. Asked for toast and came when my eggs were cold. Worst. McDonald ‘a has better breakfast.

I ordered scrambled soft eggs, hash browns, turkey sausage. I ordered my eggs soft they were not soft the hash brown was cocked hard and sausage was not cooked they were raw in the inside. gross

Came here to celebrate my beloved friend’s birthday and also we heard about the 57¢ short stack of pancakes and what other way could you spend the morning than to devour the crafty delicious that is put in every pancake? However, some things are too good to be true, we waited half an hour just to be seated but once seated there was no time wasted getting our drinks as well as pancakes. The pancakes were so wonderful that I have no worries that I will be throwing up at my football practice later this evening.

(2.5)The last few visits have been very disappointing from previous service we have received.
Was waiting to update my review in case it was a fluke as we’ve typically had pretty good service. Unfortunately was not the case. Our waiter seemed more interested in finishing up his stocking duties in the back then actually coming to check on the table or take orders. Not to mention bickering with another employee while we’re waiting 15minutes for him to come take our order as another waitress was kind enough to get our drink order for him.
Food was decent and there was no wait to be seated.

Did not get a greeting and had to wait over ten minutes just to be acknowledge before being seated and still did not get a greeting, I’m about to leave, I’m not eating here, scared.

Went here with my mother and uncle a couple of days ago. It took them over half an hour to serve our orders and once we received them none of the food was warm nor fresh. The French fries I ordered tasted like they had been sitting out in the open for hours. Cold and no freshness to them at all.
I had never been to this IHOP before and began to wonder if the service we received was some kind of isolated incident but after seeing thee other reviews on here I see that this is how this establishment in particular operates. They definitely need to get there act together. I have no plans of ever going here again and would highly advise others not to do so as well.

I can’t believe all the bad reviews for this Ihop. We went here because it was the closest to the orthodontist. Our server Rosa was so attentive and pleasant. Rosa answered all my questions about the different types of coffee they had. Rosa checked on us several times asking if we needed ketchup or hot sauce or any extras. We never felt rushed and the food was delicious. Not sure why so many people had a bad review? Maybe you should ask for Rosa!
