Keller Williams Antelope Valley

I normally do not like to write negative reviews, but our experience with this company was so terrible I felt I needed to let others know. Do not waste your time putting in an offer on a Keller Williams property in the Antelope Valley – they are unprofessional and unethical. My husband and I submitted a full-​priced good faith offer on a Palmdale property. We were easily pre-​approved by both our lender and the seller’s lender within a day. Our buying agent then had to track the seller agent down with multiple emails and phone calls to receive a counter-​offer, which we met and turned around the same day. After more phone calls and emails we finally received a phone call at 2pm on the day our offer was going to expire congratulating us on the accepted offer. We were told that the contract would be sent to us right away. Two days later (after our buying agent had to call them multiple times) the listing agent claimed that the seller accepted another offer and acted like Keller Williams never called our agent with the accepted offer – no apology or explanation. It would appear that they were holding out for a better offer, which appeared after our offer was accepted, then conveniently ‘forgot’ our offer was ever accepted.
I wrote an email to the seller agent Kristine Halajyan and office manager Amy Constantine requesting an apology and explanation about what appears to be a highly unethical situation but have received no reply. We would have understood if our offer was clearly rejected or if we had received any kind of communication from the Keller Williams office about this situation.
My husband and I will not be looking at any more Keller Williams properties in the Antelope Valley. If this company can’t even return phone calls or emails who knows what else might happen during the home buying process. We will be trusting our time and money with a company that treats us like serious home buyers.

I found an agent online, called Keller Williams in Palmdale, Claudia Hernandez was recommended to help me. This was a very bad experience, she was a nice person, however, not very bright, did not speak English well and writing kills’ were like a 5 year old. THIS LADY IS IGNORANT! No class, she would be a good weekend garage sale host at a flea market and not a real estate agent!

I can’t really say much about Keller Willams directly other than they are conveniently located at the Rancho Vista Mall and have ample parking and free coffee. My review is more specifically in reference to my Realtor Julianne Ramsey who works out of the conveniently located KW office. We had kind of a tall order as we were looking for an investment property that already had renters in place. Julianne found us exactly what we were looking for in a matter of weeks. She provided excellent communication and worked hard to protect our interests every step of the way. She went the extra mile to ensure that we had an open line of communication with our new tenants and helped us with issues that were not standard in most real estate deals. I really cannot say enough about her work ethic, communication, professionalism and real estate knowledge. Julianne is fantastic and exactly who you want in your corner when you are buying a home.

The best real estate agency and services in town I have been their client since 2008 !! brought three houses and sold one let me say that they are the best in getting transactions done and dealing with all the stress very professional and know what they are doing love their agents and their escrow company (on track escrow) thank u so much rima rafeh, rami rafeh, and Hadia rafeh for helping us Always u guys are greatly appreciated ! I highly recommend Keller Williams av to everyone who is looking forward to buy sell or invest in a house :))) professional people !

I had The best experience at Keller Williams everybody there was so nice, very on top of things and Brian are realtor who sold us our house was the upmost respect full patient and most importantly communicated with us every single day to let us know what was going on with our deals with the paperwork and everything. I couldn’t of asked for anything better he later went above and beyond his job to come and give us a housewarming present and checked in on us to see if we needed anything else once we moved in. It’s people like him and his company that make moving a less stressful more pleasant experience than most places. I recommend this place to everybody I know who is moving out here to the antelope Valley because I know they won’t be disappointed great job crew.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST EXPERANCE I’VE EVER HAD
The office manager, Amy cursed me out so bad I thought I was dealing with a truck stop lot lizard. The lead agent acted like a he had no experience. Worse than poor communication, no coordination. I wouldn’t list a used toilet with this company.

I moved from another company after 10 years and discovered how much better Keller Williams is, that move has been a great asset to me and my business. The agents locally and nationwide share their success and learning experiences readily, we offer tremendous training and we were even awarded for the training by a national training group. Any agent that is already in business for years would be able to learn at many levels, even 20 year veterans like me. We are learning based– if you are not growing you’re back sliding. For anyone planning to join the ranks and make a career in real estate, there is no better place to be.

Worst customer service ever! These people are so unprofessional and made story after story up to work deals. They do not advocate for you as your agent and seem to be just waiting for a quick buck! Very shady business practice.
