On 10/​15/​2015 I order one of the Boxes that you play to win a Gold PS4. When I txt the code on my box, it came back already used or entered. How is that when I just purchased it. So your employees are entering the codes for themselves? How unfair is that. I only bought the box to try and win for my daughter. I know that nothing will come of this email or be done about it and that is really very sad. And of course when you try to contact them via there website it want work. I want be going back anytime soon. Very Disappointed Customer.

Tell me how it is possible, with only one car in front of you, on a Thursday night, at 8:15 p.m., (with NO customers inside the restaurant), for service to be sooooo sloooooow in the drive thu lane? The car in front of me ONLY ordered 4 drinks… and it took 7 minutes!!! I would have backed out, and left, but, another poor soul pulled up behind me. Next time I’m on my way home from work, and want a quick meal, after a long day, I won“t go here. There is a Tommy’s, directly next door, and a McDonald’s across the street.

I went through the drive-​thru this day (9÷10÷14) and ordered a chicken cantina bowl. As I proceeded to eat, I noticed the chicken was completely dry and inedible, I wasnt even able to pick it up with a fork.
This wasnt just one little piece, it was several pieces. I dont understand why they couldnt inform me or dont give me chicken at all. id rather receieve no chicken than this.
I went back to Taco Bell to inform them and I spoke to the manager. I didnt even receive an apology instead I receieve looks from the employees. At least have the decency to apologize. However they did offer me another meal but I refused and asked for my money back.
This isnt the first incident ive had with this location but their customer service needs a major improvement.

12:56pm and I got my food at 1:10. Mind u it isnt busy. Only about 6 people n here. I will never come back here again. I complained to the lady tha rung me up. And all she said was I’m sorry

My kid was craving a taco from Taco Bell and so there was some confusion in the order. I ordered the taco 12 pk and the person that took the order thought I wanted 12 supreme tacos instead of the 6 supreme and 6 Doritos ones. I had to drive back and sure enough they took care of it and made it right. Great service! This is how a place should take care of their customers.
