I have been with this agency for years and after reading one of the comments on here I am blown away. I have not had this experience at all. I have the ability to have USAA insurance the military but have not done so due to the care that I am given from the staff at this agency. Because of this agency I now have mutual funds for my children and I could not be more thankful to them for helping through that process and making it so easy.

I had this insurance for a few years and left a few months ago after having issues with an agent by the name of Paola on more than one occasion. She tells you one thing and will tell you what you want to hear just to get you off her back. On two occasions she lied about a refund I was supposed to receive and never got it and that my policy would be cheaper and it ended up going up. Their other agent Stephanie on the other hand is really nice and a lot more honest. Steve Myers himself called me but said their was nothing he could do and you could kind of tell he was backing his staff up. State Farm itself is a great insurance but if considering it look at other agencies.
