We got to know Mahnaz through a referral from friends that were extremely happy with her service. In our first meeting with her we immediately fell in love with her, she charmed us with her big smile, energy and positive attitude for life. She has become a dear friend of our family and my wife and I absolutely adore her. Not only that she is professional and truly understands the real estate market, she also understands the family needs, requirements and constraints and managed to find the perfect home to meet those. We knew some ups and downs in the search process and she was always there to support us and lift our spirit up. I consider myself very lucky that our paths crossed and thankful for her friendship.

Mahnaz is an amazing agent and my wife and I know that without her, it would have taken forever to actually but a house in this seller’s market where there always is someone with more money to beat your offer.
Still Mahnaz was able to pull it off and we’re now happy home owners !
Mahnaz knows the market inside and out, and will work the hardest for you, whether you are selling or buying. She will always fight for you to get the best price, and will give you the best advice.
As far as we’re concerned, when we need to sell or buy, we’ll go to Mahnaz, that’s a no-brainer.
To the one complaining about pulling a house off market to get a better price for the seller, I will say: this was a perfect example of Mahnaz taking the best possible care of her client’s interests !
The seller was her priority, and she did what was right by her client, as she always does.
So next time you need to buy or sell a house, go to Mahnaz, you won’t find anyone better.

I have worked with many Realtors before and she is the best. She will show you only the houses that meet your criteria. Once you spot a house, she has the best strategy to not only get the house but also at the best price. She was able to get the house for us at a price that was lower than some of the other offers submitted at the same time. This was a total surprise to us.
