Id not touched my Ameritrade account in quite sometime. Recently, i had to so a transfer from another account, having gone through a pile of paperwork, i thought instead of sending it vis mail, id drop in and do the work in person. They did a quick once over of the paperwork, looked at my id and processed and processed everything right then and there. 10 or so minutes flat and i was on my way.

They have a lot of IT issues with their website and not being able to access account information. I am transferring all of my money into Schwab. Stay away. I do not understand why it is so hard for them to allow clients to access their own account information!!! How hard could it be?
