Awesome service, got a great price on an iPhone screen repair and they even did some extra work to fix a bent frame and the screen protector. Definitely would come back.

Highly recommend this repair shop if you’re a fellow butterfingers like myself and drop your iPhone to its death!
I am writing this review (from my phone btw) just minutes after the technician handed me my iPhone with a shiny new screen! My iPhone feels born again!
I was a clutz and my phone took a total face plant and ate it on the concrete. I was already having a crummy day and this fiasco was the icing on the crummy cake. I called multiple repair stores around the area but it was 5:30pm on a Tuesday and they were getting ready to close.
I originally called their sister location on El Camino but the technician there referred me to this Palo Alto location, which closes at 7! Coming in at 6pm I barely made the cut. Luckily it only took 30 minutes for them to replace my screen! The guy manning the shop was very pleasant to deal with. And when I returned to pick up my phone, he was even so kind as to charge it!
30 minutes and ~$ 130 later…
I have my phone back to review this store!

My son’s iPhone 6 wasn’t charging properly, so we went into YeaMac to see if we needed to have the charging unit replaced, and to see if YeaMac could do it on the spot. They could have easily said, yes, we can replace it and charged me a lot to do it. Instead, the young man behind the counter used a dental tool and and air blower to carefully remove the lint and debris in the socket where the charger goes. And, within two minutes, the phone was easy to charge again. And, when I offered to pay for it, he said no charge!
Honest, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable customer service is difficult to come by these days, so I felt compelled to write a good Unilocal review. I would have given them more stars if I could have! I have other Mac products that need some tweaking, and I can’t wait to bring them in, as I know I will get honest input and recommendations.

Went there to repair my iPhone 6’s cracked screen. The service was great, with no waiting time and for a reasonable price. My phone works perfectly now. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

Was on my way to the Mac store when I walked by Yea! Mac. At the Mac store, as a walk-​in, the wait was an hour and I couldn’t schedule an appt for two days later. I decided to inquire at the Yea! Mac store on my defeated path back to my car. Upon entering Yea! Mac, I was warmly greeted without waiting. I quickly described my problem about needing
to check my phone’s battery. I felt I was asked good questions, was told about my options and the return time return policy and to return in 30 minutes and my battery would be replaced with payment at the end.
When collecting my device, the technician confirmed my suspicions and encouraged me with additional tech support to improve the utility of my device and to keep my appt with the vendor 2 days hence.
So far, at two days, I’m still happy with the device. Great service.

I have had various IPhones since 2008 and I broke my screen for the first time last week. Fortunately, while talking on my cracked IPhone I saw YeaMac right across from my job in downtown Palo Alto. Mauricio helped me get my screen fixed in an hour (I definitely thought I’d spend at least a day without my phone). He was super courteous and even gave me some tips on caring for my new screen. I would highly recommend them if you ever need any smartphone/​cpu repair (especially if you crack your screen).

I bought a refurbished iPhone from YeaMac. The staff were very helpful and generous with the price. Then I discovered some issues with the camera and charger. Everything was repaired for free, replacing with new parts, no questions asked. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Brought in my MacBook for repair after the hard drive crashed. Computer was out of f warranty and my data was not backed up. The technician at YeaMac replaced the hard drive and recovered my data. I was back up and running in a day! Amazing service and very, very fair pricing. If I ever need my MacBook, iPhone or iPad repaired or upgraded, I know exactly where I’m going. YeaMac!

Ricardo is extremely knowledgable about Apple products and works hard to make sure that the customer is happy. I’ve worked with him for years and it has always been an extremely positive experience. There are few businesses that I would recommend to friends and strangers, but anytime I see someone with a broken iPhone screen, I always mention YeaMac. I was very please with their service. I took my iphone 6 plus with a broken screen and they fixed it in less than 45 minutes. They were very nice to me even though i asked a lot of questions about my phone the gentleman was patient with my no knowledge of the iphone itself and he answered my questions politely and seemed to genuinely want to help me. Its a very personal one on one customer service experience and its quick, gets to the point and it was definitely a reasonable price for fixing my phone and receiving exceptional service. i will be coming back (crossing my fingers my phone never breaks again!) but will consider YeaMac for any of my repairs needed.

STORE: Located in downtown area. This location is brand new, remodeled, repainted, clean, white, and bright inside. Street parking available. They have other locations I’ve been to, and this one is really nice.
SERVICE: They specialize in Apple products, but they do Windows too. My iPhone screen was really cracked where I could see the mechanics underneath the screen. The guy knew exactly how to replace the screen. He was able to fix it on the spot! It looked brand new and couldn’t even tell it was previously cracked.
OVERALL: The guy who owns the store knows his stuff. He’s easy to talk to and explains everything so you know what’s going on. Not like some places who don’t tell you what they’re doing when they fix something.

My iPhone 6+ was messed up. Screen was detaching from the phone. Screen kept fading in and out. Couldn’t see how my fantasy football team was doing.
Instead of super gluing it, I figured I should take it to someone who knows what they’re doing. The guy replaced the screen in less than half an hour. I have no patience so getting it fixed right away was what I needed not to throw my phone out the car window.
Chill guy. Says he has other locations around the Bay Area so that’s cool if I ever need my phone fixed again.
Time to check my fantasy football team now that I can use my phone again.
