I have been to many boutiques however; Elegant Couture is the best!!! My mother and I came here to find dresses for my sister’s wedding. Eman & Cristina were very helpful and friendly. We were not working with alot of time (wedding was less than a month away), but the ladies made us feel very calm in a high stress situation. Both of our dresses were ordered from the manufacturer and arrived in less than a week. Customer service is extremely important to me and elegant couture did an excellent job with making sure that we were being helped. Unlike some other boutiques I have been to they’re not pushy with trying to make a sale. I would definitely recommend them and return for other formal dresses for future events. We love our dresses! Thank you for all of your help!

Best customer service, very patient and very kind to all of their customers… You won’t leave disappointed. They have very unique/phenomenal dresses for all kinds of occasions… Prom, Mother bride/groom, and even dresses for weddings… If you have seen a dress from online they are more than likely able to order it! Must enter this boutique, you will not be disappointed! By far one of the best ones in Chicago!!!

Love, love, love this place. I went to several prom boutiques before finding a beautiful prom dress for my daughter at this dress store. I highly recommend this boutique. The staff is very friendly and appreciate your business. The prom dresses are unique and some styles are one of a kind. The prices are less expensive than going to Peaches. They also have special occasion dresses from mother of the bride to formal gowns. They carry x-small to plus sizes. If you don’t see anything on the racks, check out their books where you can order a dress. One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had.
