I went to see him several years back after injuring my knee. I didn’t want to go back downtown to Northwestern so on a recommendation I went here. In the 3 meetings I had with him,(10 minutes apiece) he spent 5 of those minutes on each occasion telling me about HIS knee injury. I went to get an MRI in their office and somehow, though the truth has never come out, they didn’t bill me for 18MONTHS! Yes you read that correct. I think I injured my knee in November of one year and a year and a half later they sent me a bill. I called them to ask why I had not been billed for this sooner, and they told me it was a problem on the insurance company’s end. I called the insurance company and they assured me they had rec’d numerous calls about this and that they had only just rec’d the paperwork. Mind you, I was no longer even at the same company so I had different health insurance. Then, when I called the office again about it, they told me they would send me paperwork supporting their«it’s the insurance company’s fault» theory and then never did. Would not go back here for love or money.(and yes Dr. Semba was my doctor.)
