Poor customer service & don’t trust them to repair any jewelry you care about!
You’d do better taking your high end jewelry to the mall for repair.
My wife took in my 15 yr old omega speedmaster watch to have it serviced by their «omega certified» technician.
For 15 years, the watch performed flawlessly. However, two months after David Scott «serviced» the watch, condensation formed under the crystal. In other words, it obviously had a water leak.
I took the watch back in right away and spoke to the owner, David Scott. I was very nice; but, his attitude dismissive and bordered on outright rude. He immediately made it clear that he wasn’t liable and that it was probably something I did to the watch.
Again, I’ve owned this watch for over 15 years and never had a single problem. My fault!!! No. Common sense dictates that the leak occurred as a result of his «omega certified» technician tearing it apart and failing to put it back together properly.
I asked him (very nicely) if he would consider sending it back to omega so that we could all be sure it was repaired correctly. He said he wouldn’t do that and again suggested that it was probably due to my mishandling of the watch (which I’ve owned for 15 years without incident).
There’s more to this story; but, the bottom line is this: David Scott broke my watch and refused to do the honorable thing.

I’m new to the area and went in to price a ring that I wanted to sell. I was taken back with how rude the sales lady was at the counter. Not only would she not even look at the ring she wouldn’t even touch it. I had it previously appraised and she didn’t even ask for the paperwork. The only thing she would ask is how low I would go on price and wouldn’t even give me an offer. I have never been treated like that in a jewelry store and I have purchased many high end pieces of jewelry. I wouldn’t recommend this jewelry store to anyone.

Top notch customer service! My engagement ring was designed here and I just wanted to visit and get it cleaned and inspected. While there we decided to have a new ring made. We chose a custom band and gemstone, they were set and voila, a second custom piece. You just can’t beat this kind of service, I am definitely going to be a repeat visitor.
