If you would ever like to receive the furniture you have paid for INFULL do not shop here. Shaun was our sales associate that helped us place our couch order. When we purchased it he informed us that the shipping time line they tell people is 6−8weeks, but he gave a very strong impression that it hardly ever took that long and we should«have it in our living room well before that». Now we know that was just a sales pitch… It is now 8 weeks(so the LONGEST) it should have taken, and yet our living room is still empty. Throughout the process there has never been a status update or even a courtesy call to let us know where in the process our order was. We have made every contact with the store for an inquiry, an email was sent that never so much got a response or a phone call(why have it then??). So my husband makes a call and is told our couch would finally be delivered this Thursday but we had to come in and pay the balance before they would deliver. So I go in Tuesday and pay the balance and double check on Thursday’s delivery instructions. Good thing I did, they said no that it was being delivers on Friday. «Ok, fine, I just want it in my living room this weekend.» «Absolutely!» Assured Shaun. So we receive no phone call last night, which was a red flag since they said we would receive one. So after waiting around on a phone call since 9am, WE make the phone call to inquire about the delivery, and oops! it won’t be in till TUESDAY now! I’ll believe it when I see it Hank’s, we won’t be doing business there again. And the reason I gave two stars was– Hank himself was there the day we made the purchase and he offered a 10% military discount to my family, which was wonderful, and the couch we loved will hopefully arrive sooner than later. Really disappointed in the service tough…
