I was in this store. Long line when The register try to open another line. The register not working and tell all the customers go back to that long line. Customers start to argue who there first. An all face painted woman keep shoutout aggressively to people who return back. They need to make sure register is working before calling people to another line. The place is very messy.

This place is the dirtiest Dollar Tree I’ve ever been to. On a Saturday in the middle of the day, the aisles were lined with unpacked boxes. There was trash all over the place. Only one cashier was at the register with 12 people in line.

In van nuys, so it’s not the nicest area.
Aisles are narrow than typical, didn’t like it. Wasn’t busy the time I came, so no big deal.
Certainly great deals to be had.
I went to check it out their glassware (didn’t find what I wanted) and their coconut water (currently very limited)

Oh my goodness the staff here is awful. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but after witnessing numerous interactions with guests I can’t just blame it on morning blues. I mean sometimes I hate my job but I never act that upset about it.
The staff was less than helpful. They were short with the customers. They weren’t patient at all and they weren’t afraid to let their annoyance show.
The store itself is dirtier than others and the selection of the store seems to lack a bit.
Tip
They don’t tie weights to their balloons. If you ask them for weights they’ll hand you a box and make you pick them out and do it yourself, thanks I appreciate the help!

Everything’s a dollar! ‘Nuff said. Well, there are a few to be said about this location.
1. Selection is pretty much ‘meh. I’ve been to many a dollar tree and this one had much less of a selection than the others. Maybe because it’s new?
2. «Nationwide Helium shortage»? This was the answer we got when we went in for their Mylar balloons. The next day they had a new helium tank and they were good to go. Yes, $ 1 for mylar balloons! :)
3. Ok, this place is great if you’re a teacher and need — (a) school supplies and class decorations, (b) incentives for students and © stuff for arts and crafts.

I like this place for all the random lovely things you can find in the store. Sometimes I do wish they had more than just one cashier just to speed up the process of checking out, but regardless this place is well kept and spacious.
Dollar Tree is convenient not only for its obvious financial budget-friendly items but the location is close enough so i can pop in and out if I’m ever in a pinch for a gift bag, batteries, or whatever I need! Lol
