Most awesome jewelry store ever! My husband bought me a diamond bracelet here for Christmas, when I opened it the clasp was broken. He took it back the day after Christmas, they were so apologetic. They fixed the bracelet in an hour and a half AND because of the problem gave me a set of 14 carat earings. I have used this jewelry store for several years and have never had an issue. Due to this amazing display of customer service I will continue to use them.

AGSE is awesome, they flat out pay more than everyone else. You don’t feel like you are being ripped off when you sell your items here. Been there four times and have always left satisfied. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, these guys will treat you right.
Fawzy and the team are awesome, once again today, I got a great price for my scrap gold and was treated like a person, they understand that you treat customers with courtesy and respect.
They discount prices on new jewelry for trade-​ins. We ended up with a 1.15 carat eternity ring and a wedding band and I walked out with some cash.

About 6 years ago, at 45 years old I finally found the man of my dreams. We worked hard and built a life that is amazing. We finally stopped and thought, omg we need to get a ring and get hitched! I started shopping and after a few years of shopping around found the perfect ring. It was an antique circa 1930 cushion/​oval cut ring. By the time we tried to buy it, it had sold. I looked and looked and for the next couple of years and no ring ever had that OMG THAT IS THE ONE that the 1930’s ring had for me.
Finally, I wandered into AGSE right when they were closing up. Almost everything in the store was put away already. One of the fellows there greeted me warmly and asked if he could help me. I described what I saw as my dream ring, the one that got away, and he said «wait one minute, I think I have something you will like» and went to the vault and pulled out a ring with the PERFECT stone in it. The setting was way too gaudy for me, and he knew it, but the stone was perfect. Could not have been more perfect. I told him so.
A couple of weeks later, I had time to stop in again, and the same fellow was so excited to show me the setting they had just gotten in, purchased only by my description of the ring I had hoped to build.
Yeah, they nailed it.
I now have my perfect ring. They are taking the stone I fell in love with and putting it in the setting I adore.
I paid less than half of what the ring appraises for.
Everyone that works there was involved in finding the parts to create the ring of my dreams, and I could not be happier.
There really are no words to explain how beautifully I was treated or how I felt with how involved they were with helping me create my dream ring.
They have my business forever. NO matter what. I trust them and know how fairly I was treated. Can’t say enough about this place!!!

I wanted a huge diamond, however, I didn’t want to pay the price for one! I showed my boyfriend a total of 5 carat diamond ring from here in his price range that only got me a 2 carat (crappy diamond) at robbins brothers… However, this was by far the best decision we ever made!!! I took the ring to get appraised and the appraisal was three times the price, and once I told the appraisal what I paid, he told me I got a steal and would buy it from me right now for that! Best experience ever here!!!
I’ve also sold items here, and I shopped around before and after going here and the man offered me $ 800 for a diamond that other places offered me $ 200 for. Great experience overall!

This has been my family’s go-​to jewelry store since 1980. We have never found less than a stellar deal here, buying or selling — and if they don’t have exactly what I need in the store, they build it! Fawzy has sold my father countless coins, rolexes, flatware sets, and heirloom pieces, and I often go in just to chat with Yasmin and check out their new goodies.
One thing I will say: this is not the place to go if you’re looking to run a scam. These people know jewelry, and they have all the tools to ascertain quickly and accurately just exactly what you’re selling (can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in there with customers trying to pass paste for diamonds and plate for sterling). They will give you a fair deal, based on current gold prices, but they’ve been in the game too long to be taken for a ride.

I’d read several online reviews that raved about this place. My experience was terribly disappointing. The associate I worked with was very rude and short. He also told me that the jewelry I brought in did not contain diamonds. When I pushed back about his assessment, he said that they «might» be diamonds and were just really dirty. That seemed super shady.
